NOT rattan, issues getting damaged chair replaced

Ordered set of 4, picked up at Wausau, WI BEST Buy, all 4 in one box. Advertised as rattan (a natural fiber), it is plastic weaving in a rattan-like plastic/vinyl. Attractive chair, comfortable, but one chair was unraveling out of the box. Called CS, told to return the one chair to Wausau BB for exchange; Wausau store said all 4 have to be returned for replacement. Called CS, call transferred for escalation, but call never went through to resolve. Like the chairs, just need one replaced!

Good buy at this price point. I ordered 2 additional chairs. They are comfortable & well made. Very well packaged.
