The game is wonderful. It keeps you guessing, while still maintaining some form of linearity. It's not too terribly long of a game, but I know I'll be playing through at least one more time to enjoy some of the bonus features (and partake in the DLC coming out in a June/July 2010. What really sets this apart are the bonus material added into the limited edition. The Hardcover book case is really neat, holds all of the bonus content snugly. The book is an interesting read, and the soundtrack was cool to have. I'm really looking forward to playing through with the developers commentary on. It's a fun game, with many twists and turns along the way.

This is going to be a choice for game of the year. Ambiance is best ever in a computer game. The story line is very engaging. Sound effects put you in the setting of the game. Not only is the Limited Edition full of extras, it really looks like a book which should be on the classics shelf.

The story of this game is amazing, it's like watching an interactive movie. The controls are very smooth. Graphics are great, although I noticed at times it seemed like the voices were slightly off.

A game I could only dreamt of creating, contains everything I would want in a game. Suspense, Chilling, and Heartfelt moments that can get under your skin, like the ink beneath the lake. Alan Wake is a masterpiece, that drives you to crave more. The sound track is great, and is placed through out the whole game perfectly. Game play is easlily learned. Remedy creates great games. A must have.

Alan Wake will no doubt be not only the greatest game this year but the greatest video game ever created. This is definite Game-of-the-Year material. The graphics top any PS3 exclusive (e.g. Heavy Rain, Uncharted 2, Killzone 2, etc.). This will be one of the most story-rich games ever, with a thriller element tied into a full action game. There will also be immensely engaging daytime scenarios that will allow you to freely explore the beautiful but mysterious town of Bright Falls. Ultimately, this game will set a new standard in engaging, story-driven single-player experiences.

Game was amazing. The bundle was also very good. I enjoyed the book and the extra content available on the discs.
