Great phone for calling and texting. Other than that don’t expect much else. The navigation is very confusing. The side buttons don’t lock. I’ve looked all over the phone to find a way to lock the buttons without any luck. Just keeping it my pocket I end up somehow turning down the ring volume and it drives me nuts! Everyday I have to check to make sure the ringers on and volume is up. Don’t even try downloading or loading apps, takes a bit. Like I said good as a basic phone but don’t expect more than that

I bought this for my son when his iPhone was taken away due to poor performance in school. I liked how easy it was to use, so much so that when he was allowed back on his iPhone, I kept this phone as a personal back up, GREAT value and very easy to use

My mother is old school.◉‿◉ She's not into today's tech toys but she needed a cell phone while she was recovering in a nearby rehab facility after a hip replacement. I ran to Best Buy to buy her a simple cell phone. This phone was perfect!! She found it very simple to use and the ringer was loud enough where she could here it! It has a lot of useful features and the price of the phone and the plan was very affordable! ◉‿◉

My 72 year old mother needed a cellphone and this is one she can work. AND it also have wifi calling so she can still call from areas of the nursing home with a poor cellular signal. Easy, durable and dependable. It's all you need in a flip phone.

This item was for my dad and he loves it, buttons are big easy to use. The only con about it is when u buy the prepaid card you have to go online to the website to add the airtime.

Nice entry level basic phone , Its nice and good for people who does not like smart phones.

works great, simple to use, volume is great. sound is clear. even though Ihad a hearing problem.

Many steps to do a simple thing. Cannot do the very basic things that most phones offer. One ring tone and no other options. Battery does not last long on a charge. Sensitive to cold temps. Screen dims on its own after set to full brightness. Not user friendly. Simply a piece of JUNK.

My husband is stuck on having a flip phone. We have total wireless. His was starting to act up and they were eliminating 3g phones. This was all they offer. So purchased it. Very simple. Very plain. Volume wasn't good ringing and listening. Screen would go dark then back to normal. Needless to say, return.... It may have been a dud but not getting another. He is now in the 21st century with a smart phone, learning to adjust. Not great in a pocket of a maintenance man like a flip phone. You are forced to go with other phone services.
