I got this phone for my son (12 yrs) and he's very happy with it. We already have T-Mobile so I didn't use the pre-pay SIM card that came with the phone but ordered one from T-Mobile instead and added him to our family plan for $10/mo. Great deal. Works well for games, calling, texting, photos.

A smartphone priced smart. One that's really affordable.

Works fine, works on metro pcs. However it is sluggish at times its probably the 512 of memory instead of 1gb.

Great for pre-teen daughter. Camera could be better.

Really like the phone. The T-Moble bloatware I could do without. After turning it all off, it has worked well. Still getting used to Android 4.4 KitKat. All around a very good phone for the price!!

I like best buys customer service, this has been a really easy to use and efficient phone. the only thing is the screen is too sensitive to finger priints and smudge marks, and so, unless the screen is absolutely clean, it could be a little difficult to select the app/ icon/ image that you want to press.

Small phone. Got as a back up for a broken phone. Now use it around the home as extra line for kids. Works well. Simple to use.

I bought this phone as a replacement phone when my teenage daughter broke her older windows phone. I had a store credit from best buy and she needed a phone for emergencies and we didn't want to really go backwards in phones. Overall it's been a good phone. Quality is ok even though finding inexpensive cases for an inexpensive phone is a little difficult. Overall it's a decent value for the money.

Honestly, for a 3G phone, this works amazingly well. I can't tell the difference between this phone and a 4G phone. And for the price, it's a steal! I'm honestly in love with it! My only issue with it that the camera isn't the best. But I can work with it.

Great product for a great price if you want a cell phone without a contract and very easy to set up

For someone who doesn't need the bells and whistles this will get the job done. This is the second one I bought for a gift and no complaints from either first time smartphone user.

It's not the greatest phone but it gets the job done and the price is great for an android phone. It's my first touch screen phone so it is a bit of an adjustment. The call quality is better than my old phone. I use it only for calls and wifi only for data. Using the android apps too much really drains the battery fast. Out doors it is very difficult to read the screen from the glare.

I got this as a starter phone for my 11y/o and it fits there current needs

The phone has all the essentials needed for someone looking to purchase a phone for a good price. It has camera, video, text and google available at your fingertips.

The phone works as described and could certainly recommend it. It is obviously not top-of-the-line, but for general communications and some apps, it works like a charm.

I bought this phone for my elderly father who wanted to be able to receive pictures via telephone. It is easy to use and has great graphics. I would buy it again.

Not a bad phone for the price. Browser a little slow since its only 3G but that's what I expected.
