I bought this phone for my mom, because she broke her old one. She loves it because it is simple to use. I like it because it was fairly cheap. She says the only bad thing is that the phone size is huge (her old phone was very small in comparison).

The phone is 5 inches touch screen.it is very easy to set up and use. There are a lot of apps which has been installed on the screen after setting up on the first time. It is very convenient to down load some apps which you want later.

Large screen, cool apps for teens/tweens, awesome security features, and good camera for young person who wishes to play games and watch videos, etc..

Thus phone is fast but it does not have enough memory space.

Is fairly easy to use. Was not able to get all of my photos transferred from my old phone to this one. Easy to read. Takes nice pictures

Since the revolution in cell phone tech I have strayed toward the lower end for most of the last 10 years. But now ,with the advent of incredibly cheap technology I have finally made the jump to a 4g Phone and the Alcatel One Touch Fierce is a bright spot in a world of junk. Not only does it use the latest OS Lollipop but it handles all the special functions you would expect in a phone costing 2 to 3 times it's price. Video,Music, and online shopping are a snap with this phone. If it has one weakness its the battery life during normal use. All in all I rate this a solid 4 out of 5. You can't miss if your looking for a phone that does all the things the high priced crowd does and at a price they can begin to come close to.

Previously had expensive phone with all the bells and whistles. Lasted just short of two years (luckily had two yr warranty). This ALCATEL fierce 2 didn't have 5 star ratings but is a quality phone for my needs. Talk, text, and data. Fits in my hand well. Not too big. Camera is good too. Priced reasonably

I purchased this phone for my husband after his Alcatel One Touch fierce gave out on him after a few years. I must say this works 10 times better than My galaxy phone, and I paid an arm and a leg for it! maybe this will be my next phone.! no more paying 500 + for a phone

This phone was perfect for me! I didn't want anything too technical but this had all the bells and whistles and was still easy to operate. I was sad when we switched to Verizon and I couldn't take this phone with me. It's not supported on Verizon.

5.5 inch screen is great for video,camera works good

I have never bought a phone off the rack as you mit say but this phone will do as much as my S4 I got this phone for my girlfriend and she loves it I may just get my next phone from here.

The phone has been easy to use and much faster than my last model. As a confirmed android user, I highly recommend this product.

This phone is a great value. Can't beat price. Big screen phone was a gift for my mother and the reason I choose it was because of the screen size. Does the same as more expensive phones definitely recommend.

I have been a prepaid phone user for over 13 years and I've been through every style phone, every carrier. This phone through T-Mobile has been the best phone I've ever owned out of each and every one of my phones!!! I am so happy with this product!!!

easy phone to understand needed something quick and found just the perfect phone

i went from and old side kick to Alcatel OneTouch Fierce 2 4G .. it was a Christmas gift ;) from a old phone to this is a good upgrade. Samsung 4 is what I use for company and Alcatel OneTouch Fierce 2 4G for personal. I'll take the sam 4 any day but from the older phone I had.. the Alcatel OneTouch Fierce 2 4G is GREAT (hotspot works too)
