I previously owned an HTC, which I loved. The Alcatel will do the job but has little in the way of special features. There's practically no memory space, camera gives fuzzy images, cannot block callers, difficult to find a case that fits properly. If you are looking only for basic phone service, this is ok for the money. If you want to download more than 2 apps and store more than 10 pictures at a time, spend the money for a different phone.

wanted to get a new phone but needed an unlocked phone. Inexpensive and did the job. Great price.

I prefer the newer android and apple models. I bought this to activate outside of the country while on vacation. It worked perfectly

This phone was for my friend, so I don't have on-hand experience with it. But from what my friend said, it's a good basic phone with multiple back-colored covers. So, it has some nice options for customization and usage.

Nice phone if you can get it on sale. Some confusion as it was not stated what size SIM card phone takes (not nano which we had) so adapter might be needed. Instruction book was awful, better info via YouTube videos.

My wife and I used this phone with no issues while in Spain, Greece, and Russia this summer. We only used the wifi in Spain and Greece, but it worked excellently. We used the phone with a cheap sim card that we bought in Russia, and it also worked extremely well. The only issue we found with the phone was the battery life was very limited the more we used wifi, but I think that is typical for most smartphones. Overall, great phone for a great price.

The size was good. It fits comfortably in the hand. It has a nice feel . The cover allows you a good grip on the item. However I could not access live streams on it. I sent it back. I intend to keep looking for a smartphone that has the features and functions I need.

Unlocked and good management of two sim cards makes this phone a great replacement of my former phone which was stolen. It is lightweight and fits into pockets nicely. It was the right recommendation from the store. Simple Ease of use though the instructions are scarce.

This is a pretty efficient phone. It is gets the job done with little hesitancy so that's all you can ask for. I have now bought 2 of them for business purpose because of it's general reliability. Give it a try.

Gets the job done if needed for traveling or if your phone broke

This phone works great and has all the features you would expect in a far more expensive phone. it even has a front and rear camera. Add a memory card and it all good.

I purchased this phone as a gift to my girlfriend and she is very happy with this phone. She loves it. Right size for her.

So far so good. It's a decent phone that does a enough to satisfy the basic user.

Its a value for the money product. For that price, we cant expect more than that. Camera is fine. Expandable memory, GSM etc.
