this is the phone to just get by with. don't expect too much .

Bought this phone only because LG was out of stock, left the phone charge over night never got pass 80%.

This phone messes up all the time. I have to reboot all the time.I would like a different phone!!

Having owned several Alcatel phones, I wasn't sure about this one. But I am pleasantly surprised. It's quite fast and easy to use. It was basically plug and play because once I entered my google information, it just downloaded all the apps I had on my old phone without doing a thing. It's unlocked...but you may need to get a new sim card - it takes a MICRO sim card. Order one from your carrier after you order the phone, you're all set.

If you want a great phone on a budget, this is the one. I've had mine for several months now and I'm very satisfied with it. Calls are clear, quick, and the phone easy to hold. The camera isn't the best quality, but it does ok. Otherwise, no complaints.

My friend needed a quick phone and this came in handy. I like the fact that the item was priced matched.

I bought this phone in the U.S. for use on the Caribbean. The sales rep was excellent. He helped with getting the phone setup even when it took longer than expected! In the Caribbean, it has done really well. I still need to learn all of the little things I need to be able to access but I getting savvier each day I use it. Can't ask for more with an easy not expensive smartphone.

I bought this phone for my wife based on generally good reviews for Alcatel phones and a good price. After difficulty in getting the phone set up, including trips to AT&T and Best Buy, the phone worked for about one week. Then it stopped ringing. When we took it back to Best Buy they stated it only had a 14 day return policy and go deal with Alcatel. Right now Alcatel and Best Buy are tied for worst customer support. The phone is unusable and neither company cares. Save your money and buy a better phone from a better retailer.
