It's was lot smaller than I thought. But very easy to use and the camera works great.

Just wish they put the power button somewhere other then near the middle of the right side. That's where my thumb is when I'm holding the phone so I accidentally shut it off sometimes when I first started using it. Getting phone armor casing stopped that because it lowered the sensitivity. Other than that, works great.

This was very affordable. Got it for my 68 year old dad that doesn’t wanna learn technology and I was shocked at how high tech it was. I really liked everything and would recommend!!

bought this phone to use it as a back up MP3, literally only for music and it's been great so far. Easy to use, super simple to set up. I do notice theres a lag time, normal phones we use are galaxy s10 and a note 10+ so the difference in speed is huge. However, if its for basic use, calls, texts, social media, its super easy. I'd recommend.

I got this phone at a great price! It's a good budget phone, if you looking for a good Android phone! I highly recommend this smartphone!

It's a decent phone. At least you get 32gb of storage.

Phone was easy to buy online and to set up once it arrived, I used my existing Cricket service SIM card so I don't know about setting up or using the prepaid service.

It works and got it at a great price. 32gb but majority if cricket android phones are just 16gb unless you buy an iphone. I love this phone.

Impossible to return under the state of things going on with the pandemic for me. I missed the deadline for returning or I would have. It is a decent phone, generally, but I use it for my POD eCommerce businesses and none of the apps I use, Etsy, eBay, PayPal, and 2 banks, work at all on this phone. I called Cricket Wireless, 3 times, and was told I had everything set up correctly and we did all the possible tricks and still won't work. Other apps are sending notifications that are turned off. The camera does not steady as it says and takes only an "okay" photo and just slightly enlarging it (on the phone) turns it into a blob of pixels. I photograph my artwork and it does not cut it. Sound is okay but a bit tinny on most uses. The video is pretty good. The battery has died overnight with nothing running in the background (I turned it all off) twice, going down from 100% to 3% in 5 hours. It also took about 8 hours to charge fully on those two occasions and on my end everything is up to snuff. The accessibility, supposedly, an orange border around the entire phone as a bright frame when I do this or that is annoying and I cannot turn it off. Cricket says it is because I have the battery saver and accessibility on. I have tried toggling them all this way and that and nothing at all changes it. The volume seems to have a mind of its own. I won't touch it and it goes down. I cannot block any messages without setting them up as a contact, so I can look up the number, which is not then in my contacts. I have to dial the number, hang up, then go to recent and block that number. I have more I could say but I think that creates a clear and totally honest picture of this phone for me. Cricket Wireless says it sounds like I have a malfunctioning phone. There is no manufacturer's warranty listed anywhere in the packaging or on the box. In going to the Alcatel website for the warranty, you are routed to Cricket, who then cannot do anything -- their return is within 7 days if bought through them -- and they tell you to check where you bought it and it is no longer returnable. I have never had to write a bad review in my life. It is perhaps just me and my luck with this particular phone. If I did not have these problems, I would say it is an excellent phone for the price, really, it is a wonderful phone, just not the one I have, I assume.

I got this phone from 2 days ago on 04/15/2020. Once I pull the plug out of the charge, two hours, the battery becomes 50%, then it becomes 20%. It is unfortunate. No matter how trivial the price is, you have no right to sell damaged things it is a second bad experience with Best Buy I think Corona virus and all best buy closed , there is no solve
