This massage chair is fantastic. It’s a huge upgrade from our old chair and feels completely different. The footrest automatically adjusts to your height, and the touchscreen is very easy to use. There are plenty of built-in programs—more than enough for me and my family. We’re really happy with this purchase.

Overall this chair is good. It functions consistently well and seems well-made. The reason I'm taking off one star is because I don't love the programs or even the manual settings. You know when you're getting a real massage and the therapist goes in a particular order or pattern that feels "right"? The chair doesn't always do this, so sometimes the massage is less enjoyable than desired.
