4k horror at its best! The original alien movie was groundbreaking at its release and still holds up today. Beautiful 4k transfer

This move has stood the test of time for sure. Seeing it in 4K Ultra HD makes it like it is a whole new movie. I have seen this movie at least 30 times.

Classic movie. Made even better in 4K. If you've never seen it, you need to. If you already own it on Blu-Ray, or especially DVD, you need to repurchase in 4K - you'll be glad you did. Beautiful transfer, especially considering the age of the film. The studio put some work into this remastering.

Movie is great, and the packaging /would/ be really neat; however, I did an online pickup order and the sticker ripped off half of the graphics on the front. Now the front of the dvd just reads an abysmal “LIEN”. Not mad....just disappointed since this is a present for a close friend who loves 4K movies.

Beautiful movie, irrational character decisions. We all know why we bought it, so 5 stars.

This is one of my favorite sci fi movies of all time if you haven't seen it you need to.If you own the DVD this Blu Ray is more than worth the upgrade because the movie looks gorgeous,and better than most modern movies.

Great movie that has been remastered in 4K. The steelbook adds to the physical visual upgrades alongside the obvious technical ones. A must for any Ripley fan.

Amazing Movie, and an even more amazing collectors package. The comic that comes with it is super awesome, as well as the case itself. If you are movie collector and a fan of the series it is a must buy!

Bask in the glory days of hazy, conversational sci-fi horror. Weird and vague and way more convoluted but also entertaining and functional. Much much better than the recent "redux" attempts.

I love a good space movie, especially when it's atmospheric. This one dripped with it, a feeling of isolation and darkness that added so much to the feel of the entire flick. Great acting and action, too.

The special effects were great for this movie, taking into consideration how old it was. This is the one that started the entire alien story.

Looking forward to watching this movie in Blu ray. I think I've only seen the original before.

Alien is a classic that has never looked better than on Blu-Ray If you haven't seen it yet...well I can't believe anyone hasn't seen this classic. The Blu-Ray offers great video quality and lossless audio.

This is the definitive presentation of a sci-fi/horror classic. This movie truly benefited from a proper 4k restoration found on this disc. Don't pass it up!
