Customer Ratings & Reviews

It works really well, playing games is smooth on it, tried a few, cod, palworld, Cs2. It rins smoothly, the cooling system is really good and you should never worry about heating. The only thing is the battery life, whcih is still fine for this size of performance. There is nothing to complain at this price range.

I love how fast it runs and how good the games look on it for what I play. It feels like a whole new experience from the last computer I have it’s a very big improvement. I always have it plugged in but I’m sure the battery life is awesome. The display is beautiful as well; it looks like it’s on a tv screen but smaller. Also have all the usb intakes I need for what I use it for.

I’ve gone through quite a few laptops over the years, and unfortunately, most of them haven’t lasted very long. My Alienware laptop has been a completely different experience. It feels sturdy, performs extremely well, and handles everything I throw at it without slowing down. I’m really impressed with the build quality and performance so far, and it finally feels like I’ve found a laptop that’s built to last.

This Laptop is exactly what I needed to be able to upgrade but also stay within my price range a 4k laptop still is the goal but the performance I’ve gotten on this laptop with only 8gb of vram nd 16 gb of ram is unmatched honestly runs better than its spec's

It was all good when i started using the laptop and then i got the blue screen because the ram... but the guarantee covered it so its ok. I cant give a 5 stars

Laptop overall is good for my schoolwork and mild gaming needs. It does tend to get warm and the battery life drains faster than i would like but it charges up quickly. So far battery life estimates about 4-8 hrs depending on what im doing. Im pleased with the screen and graphics. The keys feel nice to use and are quiet.

I've really enjoyed this laptop. I needed a new one for grad school that was lighter, but still had a full keyboard and could be used to game. This fit the bill very well. It's fast, has plenty of storage, and can handle my games. When it's working hard the fan is a little loud, but I've heard worse.

display is pretty nice. it’s a gaming laptop so it is going to die within a few hours. fan noise can be minimized in the awcc so overall pretty good

Great laptop. Very stilish and have a great taste of design. Machine works great, great gaming, great AI. I will buy this again. Best price is a open box.

Excellent gaming laptop for the price. The 2K display looks incredible with vivid colors and smooth visuals. Performance-wise, the combination of the AMD Ryzen processor and RTX 5050 handles all my games and demanding applications effortlessly. Definitely a highly recommended purchase if you want top-tier performance without overpaying

I wouldn’t advise anyone buying a PC of sorts without seeking the deals and that’s not just an Alienware thing. It’s all PC gaming right now. So I advise pick up these big purchases when you see huge savings. Anyways, this PC is easy to set up. At first it seems like you have to be incredibly in tune with alienwares software everyday. But the updates for drivers seem to delay until about a full days use. I’ve enjoyed playing TXR, Palworld, outlast trials and aion 2 on this with no issues. The WiFi on board is really good. Graphics are amazing with the screen also not having any ghosting that I’ve seen. Only fault id say is if you don’t plug in the charger before powering on it will go into a low power reserve mode with reduces fan speed. Can hinder some performance. But nothing that made me think this purchase was bad. Absolute power house for the sale price of 1299 when I needed something portable.

I am very happy with this Alienware laptop - it has excellent performance with the Ryzen 7 260, RTX 5050, and 16 GB of Ram, making it great for gaming and everyday use. The build quality is excellent, the screen looks great, and it runs smoothly without feeling slow or outdated.

I bought the ALIENWARE 15.3 Gaming laptop as a substitute for my HP Surface tablet. My main use is for online sales and marketing purposes. I decided on the Alienware because it has a great system setup from the beginning and because as I am expanding my needs online, it allows for high performance without overspending. The laptop size is good for travel and provides with a comfortable keyboard configuration. If you don’t use an external mouse, the mouse screen is large enough to easily operate. I did found that it ran a little hot if you do not allow for proper air circulation for the fans. I bought an external fan/desk mount that it’s also good for travel. It also allows for increase of RAM. I am happy with my purchase and would recommend as a first or basic working laptop.

Runs my favorite games like Helldivers and Arc Raiders. The SSD is fast.

I’m extremely happy with this laptop! It works fast and smoothly, and the overall performance is excellent. The screen quality is clear and bright, the battery lasts a long time, and the laptop itself feels very well made.

Exceptional laptop!Bought for my son attending college and heard nothing but great things about both performance and quality!Alienware did not disappoint!

Its an alienware, sleek and powerful, runs all my games beyond expectations, the screen is stunning. Finally a worthy laptop, definitely recommend.

Amazing deal on a gaming laptop. Got two for me and my girlfriend. Very satisfied with speed and performance. 5/5 stars

Ive had many ASUS ROG Zephyris laptops. They get wayyyy to hot. Ive always wanted aleinware and i got this one and its cooling system is unmatched!

I have never had any Alienware product before, I got this through best buy at an attractive discount and it is awesome! Plays any game I’ve tried exceptionally well even on higher graphic settings. My last gaming laptop died several months back and I am glad I found this one. The laptop went on sale 3 days after I bought it and the customer service representative I talked to quickly and without issue credited me the difference so I got the discount as well. It’s not the “top dog” of Gaming PCs and the Alienware tax is real at the MSRP. However if you can find this product with any decent discount I would recommend grabbing it.
