Best gaming laptop I have ever owned. Really fast with amazing graphics. The fan gets a bit loud.

This is great workhorse of a gaming laptop. I've used it for a few months now and I very happy with this purchase. I am not into "heavy-load" gaming but it feels great that I don't have to worry about lagging or annoying issues when playing games like Arc R. All my other games are not as demanding and they run smooth like butter! Very well worth the purchase. I mostly have it connected to my 32" monitor so I don't see a lot of the 240 Hz in action since my external monitor goes up to 120 Hz. The NVIDIA ap allows more control of the graphics settings per game. My only major issue is the charger. I feel like I am carrying a cutting board for my kitchen with a cable attached to it. But I understand why it has to be that huge. Other than that, this is a great machine.

This gaming laptop is definitely built for gamer's who like to play for long hour's. Without having to be concerned about damaging their CPU from overheating. This awesome deal offer's many features and has played all my PC games and Xbox games with zero issues. I am really satisfied with my choice after doing some researching about this solid gaming machine. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a gaming laptop with longevity, reliability and easy use for all out entertainment.

I was looking to improve on my Win10 computer. Old had 12 GB RAM, this has 32 GB. Old had 1 TB hard drive space , this has 2 TB. Old had 128 MB graphics card, this is 8 GB. My old computer was an i7 and this is an i9 Ultra 275HX. And it's Windoze 11, so it's current OS. Now if I can figure out how to keep it from bogging down as it gets older, it'll be great!

I bought this beast for college. A little overkill I know right? Well it's been great and I love the fact that it includes a second m.2 ssd slot for easy upgrades later on storage as you need them. I also love the fact that you can game on it and also the fact that you are able to upgrade the ram as well when you need it.

Laptop is great the touch pad right click is a bit finicky but other than that great

This laptop is a beast. Yes, I know that the specs arent the highest in all categories but I have yet to experience any issues with games like Call of Duty, The Division, or Horizon Zero Dawn. The laptop keeps up with the heavy demands and the only issues that I have with any of the games now is the server lag from outdated data centers.

This computer is a workhorse. I use it for 3D design and 3D printing. Also Adobe Suite products for design. No issues at all. Battery is good its a powerful computer so you cant expect more than 3 or 4 hours less if you doing heavy processing.

very good high quality laptop perfect for gameing and toher things only down side is all the pre set softwares from alien ware and once tou remove them laptop is absolutely amazing

The hardware itself is solid, but Alienware Command Center has been a major problem for me. AWCC repeatedly caused Windows instability and crashes in programs like Discord. I am now doing a full OS reinstall and removing Dell bloatware to restore stability. Performance is fine once the software is removed, but this should not be necessary on a new system.

I use it for everything and it’s smooth. Has plenty of HD space and I like the styling and built of it. I just wish these laptops still had a cd/dvd rom

Outstanding, just make sure to keep it cool. Very happy with Alienware, wish I had not gotten an HP earlier. HP was not bad, but the extra money on the Alienware was more than worth it.

This laptop works fine for entertainment and productivity. I am somewhat low-tech, so the AI helps when I encounter any difficulty.

Was looking for a new laptop to handle editing photographs. This laptop has been perfect and pictures that were taking me 2 minutes or longer to edit using AI are now taking less than 20 seconds. Love the keyboard feel and the backlite keyboard as well compared to my older laptop

Great laptop for the price. Plenty of power for all my gaming needs and enough storage for my work needs.

Purchased this laptop for my college student (engineering) when their prior laptop suddenly and unexpectedly failed and needed a solution in a hurry, and it's been a great solution which has exceeded our expectations. We weren't specifically looking for a gaming laptop, but the fast performance and graphics capability of this laptop have done a great job supporting the engineering software my student uses.

Great item overall. The 16" 2.5K display looks sharp and smooth, and the Intel Core Ultra 9 with the RTX 5070 handles gaming and multitasking with no issues. Load times are fast thanks to the 2TB storage and 32GB of memory, and the design in Interstellar Indigo looks premium in person. I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 only because it runs a bit warm and the fans can get noticeable under heavy load, but performance is excellent and I’m very happy with it so far.

So far so good! Bought this for my daughter as it is a requirement for her major in college. She likes it, it runs fast, and she hasn't encountered any issues yet. Hopefully this will work well throughout her college.
