Awesome Specs, very enjoying gaming experience! Graphics are almost real, including a software to optimize gaming experience with no lag, no glitches, no problems whatsoever. The laptop has great material and provides with cool LEDS all around, feature can be disabled with a cool “stealth mode” feature that also disables the sound of the fan which is pretty cool! 18’ inch screen which is awesome for watching Movies, Videos, Work and even playing video games. Travel compatible!

Pros: Great performance and build quality. Cons: Pricey and heavy, but this is known up front. There might be better values out there, but this one is hard to beat when discounted.

Amazing laptop! Super fast, quiet, and handles everything I throw at it from gaming to work stuff. The screen looks awesome and the build feels solid. It runs smooth even with multiple things open. Definitely one of the best purchases I’ve made in a while.

They replaced left ctrl with an ai button no one asked for or wants and bluetooth has constant issues connecting; runs about as well as you'd expect for its specs. Looks really cool and has some nice official accessory options as a plus.

Finally, a good gaming laptop from dell. Great build quality and good performance. Its a bit heavy but its good for your biceps. I only wish they wouldve went with a mini led panel. Thats my only gripe.

this unit is fast. I like iet alot but, i had to remove some of the bloat ware from it. A lot of adds and offers . After clearing that out it is running great. great graffics as well.

I am replacing my last Alienware with this one. I had it for almost 7 years. I had to get this one only because I could not update to the new Windows operating system. This laptop is very smooth and fast. The screen is clear, and the refresh rate is really good. I would highly recommend this laptop.

Excellent Machine, Very well built, it is a bit heavy but very sturdy. Every title I have played on this so far has been on Ultra with no lag or issues, massive frames. Note: this machine has 3 M.2 slots total so you have a lot of room for expansion

This laptop is everything they said it would be. The 18inch screen makes this an outstanding choice for gaming and editing videos. The picture quality is amazing, and even when the fans spin up for cooling when heavily loaded, its not too bad at all. You dont have to yell across the room to be heard. The boot up is smooth, keyboard is very quiet and the key touches feel clean and quiet . I have had several laptops over the years, including previous Alienware, but this one really tops it off as anew standard in gaming and editing laptops.

Probably the best purchase in my life. Happy to have this masterpiece. But remember to buy an alienware backpack, because I tried to find another bag and all of them were too small for this laptop.

This computer is an absolute beast. It has easily handled every game/task I’ve thrown at it, and stays cool to the touch. I felt like I was potentially taking a chance buying an open-box version, but I have luckily not had any reason to second guess that. As a secondary bonus, the overall aesthetic of the computer is absolutely beautiful. :-)

This laptop is amazing. Runs really quiet and the performance is incredible. Love that the vents blow out of the sides and the back instead of underneath. It’s already been used alot and not issues whatsoever. Highly recommend this product.
