Everything about this computer is good. the only problem is that the storage is too small, 1 tb

Like the PC however the fan is extremely loud. When we turn the fan down so it's not so loud, the computer gets to hot. Definitely have to wear noise cancelling headphones when this PC is on. Disappointing considering the price we paid for it. The box got distorted, or else I would have returned it and bought something different.

Listen this gaming PC is everything you need if you are a supplemental PC gamer to console gaming. I wanted a PC for games like cities skylines and other strategy games that are better experienced with a PC. If you are looking for a high end PC this is still great for that since its Oculus ready but just be ready to upgrade the graphics card, not that the card here is not great. You need need some more power there for intense games or even 4K. This is a wonderful PC and anyone telling you that you can "build something cheaper" is either a hater or too poor to afford Alienware (sorry but true). I love mine and you will too!

No complaints so far. Works well does what it was bought for, playing games.

Great for gaming, VR, and of course, everything else like web browsing, word processing, etc. Bought for my son. He loves the cool Alienware lighting features.

I knew a lot about this computer before I went and got it, and it's definitely the best gaming computer that money can buy. You get what you pay for with this!

It is a great computer it's CPU is fast! the look is awesome and it is a breeze to open and upgrade its parts. The only issue is that for the price you could get a computer with better video card and more DDR4 memory. This is an ok buy if you are going to spend more money upgrading it.

I needed a new pc since my last one finally died. This was worth the extra money, the only think i didn't like was the fact it only came with 8g ram.
