My pc gaming is so cool of gamer everything smoothly all AAA game running best of 2025 smooth and best graphics

So far so good, was worth the $$ to me............

Wow! I am a low vision computer tech. After research i decided on this one! Hook up went smoothly. The quality was great. Love the lights and they change. Not your everyday old office computer!

As much as I would love to give this experience a 5 star rating I cannot. The Alien ware products have always been great, as I have owned several. I have had VERY good experiences purchasing open box products through best buy previously. This however was fairly disappointing for an open box product listed as " EXCELLENT" condition. The machine showed up on time and the packaging was not damaged. When I started UN-boxing the machine, the power cord appeared to just be casually tossed inside of the box. which I can live with. When I powered up the computer however was a complete surprise. It had no software on it. The operating system had to be COMPLETELY re-installed, additionally absolutely non of the Alien ware management software was installed !!!!!! I spend an entire day downloading programming from Microsoft to re-install windows and then had to fish around to find all of the Alien ware management software. I am still not convinced that I have all of it. I would have thought that when this machine was returned that it would have been checked for function by the Geek Squad folks to make sure that it was not only cosmetically excellent but that it also functioned properly. I am still going to say " yes " to recommending open-box products as they are usually a great way to shop but this experience was definitely not the same as I have had previously from Best Buy. I really think that we can do better.

Alienware command center stoped working correctly after 3 weeks. Been with customer service from 8am to 5 pm going around and around getting no where 3 different agents doing the same thing! One agent even got so mad she raised her voice and said “just follow the instructions in the email!” And hung up. I wasn’t trying to be rude I just wanted to her I’ve done that with 2 other agents and rebooting the computer to factory setting is not a 10 min deal it takes a while! Other than that computer was working good while it lasted!

This PC worked for a few weeks, then I agreed to software update. It never worked again. I tried diferent game controlers. It insisted that use the wired mouse and keyboard that came with it. I used System Mechanic: it was in poor condition. The game was frozen where I was before

I bought the computer for editing photos. It's fast and doesn't lag. It was easy to set up.
