When it comes to gaming and art design this was the best PC. I have been on the lookout for over 3 years to find the exact specifics that i wanted without having to personally build a computer. 4 years savings of BB giftcards and i could finally use them here.

I had a few problems to begin with. The were a couple of shutdowns, the computer went off completely. This I believe was do to overheating ( this is air-cooled) may have to change to liquid cool but made an adjustment with software and I think that problem has been resolved. There were a number of BSOD issues which was a software problem , upgraded to Windows 10 Pro and problem went away. I've had the computer just over two months and everything is working well. I had to work with Alienware tech. at one point they were very helpful fixed the problem so good service from them. It's easy to open up and work on I upped my memory to 32GB. I'm satisfied so 4 stars. One other thing people talk about fan noise I hardly even notice it.

Great performance, runs good, fans can be a little loud a times but not a frequent issue. FPS is smooth and components are built together pretty nicely internally. Has some room for modifications if you are into that

I use a 1440p monitor and all they games I've played at max settings run smooth and fast. I wish it was liquid cooled because it runs 90° plus sometimes on the cup and 80s on the gpu

So I needed a computer fast and Best Buy didn’t disappoint. It handles everything I need from gaming to content creation. Also I do VR regularly and it handles that with no problems. The look and noise of the fan can be a little off putting but the noise wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be. I still water cooled the cpu though. If you decide to do that you’ll have to go with a single fan to pump system due to the lack of room.

Needed to boost the RAM and get an external DVD/BD drive, but otherwise this rig has everything you need for gaming, office productivity, streaming, or anything else.

First pc to be owned, and so far so good. Graphics and speed are incredible the rgb lighting is really fun to play around with especially after adding the keyboard and mouse from Alienware.

A decent machine for modern gaming. Add a little more RAM and another ssd for storage and you've got a machine that'll last you for years to come.

I love this computer. It is very fast and easy to get around for set up. I also like how you can change the colors on the face of it. It's my own personal light show!

Great looking design of this computer. Has everything needed to play all the newest games without any trouble. The Lunar lighting is pretty cool also.

Bought this for my son for gaming. he loves it , fast , great graphics. A bit over priced but still a good gaming computer

Runs faster than a turbo powered lawnmower using rocket fuel! Excellent buy for the money. Hits up to 1900 FPS. Usual game play on it is 1200 FPS.

Best pc I have used for gaming and in honesty just in general. It's quick, it's flashy, and I'm glad I got it. Worth the price in my opinion

Excellent gaming computer! Loads games fast and has no issues running AAA titles on high/ultra settings.

Alienware is known for gaming. I bought this rig mostly for bitcoin mining, but occasional gaming. Finding higher end graphics cards has become difficult. With the Alienware you are getting an upper tier graphics card capable of playing any game. Also it is great that windows 10 home is preloaded and you just have to plug in the keyboard and mouse, add monitor and ethernet cable and you are ready to go!

Well designed, fast and reliable! I never thought I'd say that about a non-mac product!
