Good fast gaming PC. Easy to use. Sleek look to it.

On paper this is a very capable machine. You won’t notice many issues at first to the average, or first time PC buyer. The issues within this machine are entirely internally. The thermals of this machine are not up to par with today’s demands of air flow and cooling. If you run any type of temperature programs you will see how hot this machine truly gets. Because of this, if you play anything remotely demanding, it will run all of the fans at very high speeds which are also extremely loud (I’m not being nit-picky about that, it’s pretty extreme). With some further modifications addressing the airflow and potentially more cooling this would be a contender for most prebuilts, but once again, like most other pre-builts, it has too many design flaws in terms of proper cooling.

I've had this PC for about 5 days now. It runs super smooth to use, fun to set up and runs everything I throw at it flawlessly. I mainly play World of Warcraft. This beast easily runs max (ultra ) settings in wow without any issues. I placed the system in balanced as I didn't want to overheat it with the summer heat (well into the 90s in Portland). I've played a few steam games and no issues. So far I've played Metro Exodus, Shadows of the Tomb Raider and Doon. Again, max settings and no stutter or issues. Really happy with how this is preforming. I saw some negative comments on other sites about software issues and handwear issues so I purchased the 3 year extended warranty for a peace of mind. I gave it a 5/5 for how awesome its been the experience has been a fun joy to play with.

An amazing computer, and very built. The only down side is the faulty pci bus, drivers didnt seem to fix it. Computer still works as intended but it'll def become a problem down the road. Soo overall temps and performance are amazing

PC is very fast and handles all the games I throw at it with no issues at all. Looks nice as well and honestly not a bad price. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a gaming PC.

Got it a month ago and it definitely checks all the boxes. Games play great. It looks good with the rgb lighting. Enough power for gaming. You wont be dissapointed.

Computer is fast and runs well for the games I play. You get a good baseline gaming system without breaking the bank with this one.

Excellent machine for the moderate gamer. I had an older Lenovo gaming system that was a few years old. It was time for an upgrade and came across this beauty. I can tell you right now, if want smooth graphics and effortless set up, then this is the machine for you. I have no idea why some say the fans are loud. I cannot hear them running and the machine stays very cool. Those people are probably trying to make the computer do things that it isn’t capable of.

Great for a 1st time gaming PC owner. I am not having any issues, although it does tend to sound loud. I don't expect it can be upgraded often so research before purchasing any Alienware products

I’ve had this pc for some time now and it’s been a blast the learning curve is not as bad and takes some getting use to but over this pc has a easy operating environment and great specs

Thr device works good but the open box I got came with a 1TB SSD that was not from the manufacutre, and the device does crash or bluescreen sometimes becasue of it, but still worth it.

This is the best quality gaming pc I’ve ever owned really good frame rates and runs my VR perfectly with no lags or frame jumps compared to other PC’s I’ve owned.

Got this for my brother because he wanted more power for gaming even though he has a gaming laptop. He's been playing non-stop since he set it up and it plays like a dream. I was surprised at how big it was though, but it does what it needs to do and more. The graphics are smooth and the frame rate is great! I do like that it shows the specs and temperature on the side when playing games.

I bought this to replace an ancient desktop. The price was good, and I took the review recommendations to make the memory upgrades at the store. It runs everything I need very well. The fans are quiet, and my games are vivid. Also, the computer with the lights is very cool. I highly recommend this to any casual gamer.

Price was good but ended up upgrading to the Aurora R12 3070 with liquid cooling. It's way quieter
