This has been a great gaming computer for all of my games, especially Warzone. At times it has some glitches and will reboot on its own. But there have been no long lasting issues with this computer.

I'm not sure what the bad reviews are about. This has been a great computer for me! I run several graphic-heavy software applications simultaneously, and this computer has worked perfectly 100% of the time. I have no complaints here.

Ordered a "out of box, excellent condition". The PC arrived in a plain cardboard box, wrapped in a single sheet of bubble wrap, loose. No packaging, no keyboard, no mode, no power cord. Complained, returned, told I would get a replacement. No then nothing happened. Next, I was told after I asked, that there would not be a replacement but a refund 7 to 10 business days. I bought an identical PC at a local shop for less than at Best Buy.

This build has thermal issues on high performance due to how much the system lacks on cooling. I wouldn't recommend buy this pc for the price, unless you find it on a really good deal/

The computer is great, but I received no power cable with the computer, and after all these years of working with BestBuy, and it being my favorite store, and having good experiences, this is ultimately the worst experience I've ever had. I chatted, and estacalated and called... trying to ask them to send me a power cable, and they just wanted me to return the whole thing. I spoke to Barbie, a manager, and was on chat for over 1.5 hours, and got no help. They ghosted me, and just ignored me on the chat in the end. Im disgusted with with the service I received.

Overall ive been impressed with this PC. This is my 3rd gaming PC ive owned and I purchased it exclusively for flight simulation and it runs very well on ultra graphics. Im not a fan of Alienware control center but it gets the job done once you figure it out. I definitely recommend based off my use.

This machine is lightening fast. I list my trading computers in the Palisades fire, and this was the best off-the-shelf replacement. It only runs 4 monitors, but other than that it is a beast.

The system is awesome. This is the second Alienware system I have purchased. The other one is my laptop. I have used other brands that were good but keep coming back to Alienware.

Love this machine - incredible gaming machine. I previously had built my PC and decided to not do so again and worried I may not get what I was looking for. I was pleasantly surprised and extremely happy with my purchase.

Computer very fast in some areas and slow in others. Additionally, issues with settings and programing however it may be me as this is a totally new system for me to learn. Will contact Geek Squad if I have issues that I am sure are not me. I like the system so far.

Caught this R16 on sale at Best Buy and am very impressed. Great at handling mu 4K golf sim software. I am expecting trouble free service from my Dell as has been the case in my experience.

Had this machine for less than 4 days and it's already going back. Weird noises were coming from the case when gaming, contacted Dell support they wanted to dispatch a tech to replaced my power supply, maybe even the GPU. Currently looking online to make sure I can restore it before it goes back to Best Buy.

Runs warm and the i9 14th gen runs hot, but it performs well. Gets 200 FPS in Marvel Rivals and 75 FPS in Dornogal in WOW.

Great Gaming Video Card. I had to turn off many features in my video games before I got this PC. Now I have all the game graphics settings turned on.
