This is my 3rd Alienware machine and it is the best yet bar far. Fast and reliable. I highly r3commend this computer for gaming.

I am not a gamer, we need this powerful machine to run media at our church and it has changed our life for the better.

I used to game on PCs back in the early 2000s but gave it up for consoles and am Mac for my day-to-day work. I used to build my own desktops but was able to get a deal on this Alienware that beat even putting it together myself with the same components. The case is excellent - love the design and how easy it is to access the components to upgrade down the road. Cable management could certainly be better. I was expecting this thing to be blindingly fast out of the box, but it was very slow and nearly every program I launched crashed. Even the preinstalled Alienware lighting and cooling management program crashed. I spent about 4 days of my free time - time I could have spent gaming - to do updates and troubleshoot various issues. Maybe this is more of a complaint about PCs in general, but nothing works right out of the box. I still haven't figured out the audio issues I'm having. I've tried a few games out and they seem to run OK on full settings. I have no basis of comparison for PCs coming from a PS4 but the graphics and loading times are all much better than that. I guess I got lazy as I aged and got used to Mac stuff just working, but if there were a service at Best Buy to get your PC setup, all updates loaded, all issues taken care of, and they just hand it off to you to use free of bloatware and annoying notifications - I would pay! All that said, I would still recommend this Aurora R6 to anyone looking to upgrade their gaming or graphic design hardware.

If you're looking for really good gaming setup - You can't go wrong with that Alien ... 1070 with 8 gigs get you all games running at 100 fps Fast SSD M.2 Great "body" What else do you need ? just wait for promo and get it below sticker !

I bought this PC to day trade with because of the GFX card and processor speed. I drive 4 monitors with it while multitasking in other apps and it has performed flawlessly. It is also a much smaller and more attractive tower from some of the other bulky, cheap cases provided by other comparable gaming systems.

We are heavy gamers, this was the perfect selection . Added the VR , AWESOME! Could not be more pleased !

I bought this for my daughter who loves online gaming. This computer is lightning fast! She loves it!

I recommend this PC for gaming. I play Oculus Rift games, Second Life and Sansar. The PC runs smoothly without a sound. I have an ASUS that does not run as well. My R6 is big but worth the weight as it runs so well. I like all the USB ports and the available HDMI's. The 1070 Nvidia works like a charm. Don't scrimp on the Nvidia. I shopped online before going to the store to seal the deal.

I purchased a drone and can edit so much nicer photos and 4K footage with this!

We picked this up for our son who has really gotten into online gaming. Last year we got him an HP Omen Laptop but he's always had issues with dropping frames even when lowering the settings - it's been very frustrating. So, as an early birthday present we picked up the Aurora R6 and he couldn't be happier. It plays every game he's tried such as Overwatch, H1Z1 and others at Max settings with very high frame rates and no stuttering whatsoever. Super happy with this system and HIGHLY recommend it! Quick side not, it does not have an integrated headset/mic port so we had to pick up a Y adapter for his Turtle Beach headset/mic to work - the headset/mic end plugs into the adapter which then splits into a separate microphone and separate headphones/speaker connection to plug into the mic and headphones/speaker ports on the R6. Get this computer - you will not regret it!

This is a great gaming pc. I highly recommend this for top-tier gaming.

I have not bought a pre-built gaming machine before, always did my own work, I am usually an AMD customer, this is a temporary computer I am using for maybe 6 months to a year until I can build my Ryzen/Vega AMD machine. The air cooling in this machine is interesting, the case is compact and nicely constructed, access to all components is very easy for upgrades. There is a software issue where the cooling sensors are reversed, so if you have one, you should adjust your cooling curves to make sure you are remembering that the CPU temps shown in the software is actually the case temp and the Ambient temp sensor is actually the CPU. Gaming performance is wonderful. If you are interested in upgrading your video card, plan on buying blower style cards to help pull more air out of the case, it seems specifically designed for blower style cards. Front fan cards exhaust air into the case and wind up pushing hot air up to the CPU area making the CPU fan work harder. At full tilt gaming, the machine can get loud, but it does stay cool and I love the innovation the engineers put in to the case.

I would recommend to anyone looking for a gaming computer. Plug in and ready to go. The computer setup was simple. The computer handles all of my sons games great and it is nice and quiet. I am expecting it to last for quit a few years!

Definitely worth it if you can catch a sale. I got t for$150 off which took the “name brand” prices off of it.

Well worth the upgrade from the regular Dell version. Very fast.
