I am really happy with this PC so far. Really quick and quiet. Plays games no problem.

I bought this computer a few months back and it has worked great in every aspect. Plays any game flawlessly and runs anything within a few seconds. Start up is quick and I've loved every second having this computer. Only issue is that I accidentally turned the power off a few times and it having to reset itself takes like 10-20 minutes. So just don't unplug the power.. Other than that everything is perfect.

This thing is a beast. Don't 100% buy into that whole "Alienwares overpriced" bit . Pretty good deal considering the power and the rising costs of graphics cards. It automatically ran all my new games on the VERY highest settings ... I like the look too.... A different . more subtle style approach ... Good job Dell on the auroras ..also can I have a job ?

I bought this computer for $1200 on sale with 24 months financing and couldn’t pass on it. I added the parts individually and would have easily exceeded the price if I built my own to the same specs. It might be a pre-built, Dell-owned Alienware, but for someone who does not care that much about overclocking and still wants good performance, it’s a terrific value.

I have built many computers and recently I haven't needed or had the time to build a gaming computer. I decided that I still wanted a gaming computer for when I did have time and began to look around. Eventually it came to this one. It is one heck of a rig and perfect for the price. I would highly recommend this computer if you need a top mid line computer.

This has by far been the best computer I’ve owned for the price. I highly recommend this computer to people who either do not have enough time to build their own like me or are not tech savvy enough to do so. The only negative I see about this computer is the fact it does not have a SSD. I’d recommend that as one of the only upgrades here!

Like I didn’t have a clue, Alienware is a gaming computer. It’s a good looking tower, glowing lights and lit alien head. He worked all summer Lifeguarding, and wanted to use his money. Fine, he loves it. Loaded with antivirus stuff, we have had ZERO ISSUES! It’s fast and he’s happy. Best Buy has it for the best price. Your kid will love it!

I picked this up when it was on sale. I can't build one with comparable specs for the same price. Alienware used good components and didn't cut corners by using cheap parts. Eventually l will upgrade to a 500GB NVMe for my main drive and use the 1TB drive for storage. I have edited and rendered 4k video and this computer is fast.

needed a gaming pc for my son's bd. after reading reviews online and speaking with other gamers, we started to narrow done the choices. when we found this system at bb on sale it clinched it for my son. system does everything he needs for his online gaming needs and that pesky school work. set up documentation could be better.

I bought this the week of the $1149.99 sale price. This machine is pretty awesome. The processor is fast enough for gaming and high end tasks. I can easily run my games at ultra settings, obs studio, discord, etc. at the same time. The RAM is expandable up to 64 gbs is nice. I also replaced the intel optane m.2 with a samsung evo m.2 and it makes a great difference. Also, it has two extra 2.5" SSD drives for additional SSD storage. It can support a second graphics card but you do need to beef up the power supply. Opening and accessing the parts is so easy. It being watercooled for the price is pretty nice too. I have no issues running games on this pc. I play PUBG, Rainbow Six Siege, BF1, Star Wars battlefront 2, and the division.
