realy good headset, graet soun and confort, no problems qith audio

Great headphones when calibrated correctly and using an Alienware computer. Must use the USB with them for best audio quality, and use Alienware's software for equalizer effects. Otherwise they'll sound tinny and light. They're decent for the price and the microphone being hidden when you don't need it is really nice. I wear glasses and they don't pinch or feel uncomfortable on my ears.

Loved it. Using for remote work from home. Lightweight and durable.

I got these for my Xbox one and loved them. Good sound. Good feel. My boyfriend liked them so I got him a pair too. We didn't realize it wouldn't work right with a non Alienware computer, though. Lots of back and forth with Alienware and we just returned the second pair. Still love them for my Xbox, but be mindful of using for a computer.

This is one of the most comfortable headsets that I've ever worn! The sound is great, and I love that it comes with a USB connection option instead of only a 3.5 mm headphone jack. Having a retractable, built-in mic is pretty nice, too!

I got these to replace my company provided headset, which were on ear and generally not too great. The sound these put out is decent, but I use them mainly for talking with my colleagues (Teams) and listening to training videos. They are comfortable to wear for extended periods of time and I really like that the mic recesses into the headset to get it out of my way. They are not the best headset available, but they work great for work from home and are comfortable enough to wear all day. I did try to listen to some music on them, and while they sounded good, they were not stellar. I know this is a gaming headset, but I have not had the chance to use it with a game. I wish the cable was a little longer, but it is of normal length and so not really an issue. I have had no issues with the mic, and my colleagues say I sound normal, so I guess the mic on these is pretty decent.

I bought these to use for a PS5 and Xbox One X and they work great. Although they aren’t wireless, they still astound great and look exceptional. I do wish there were some RGB lighting but unfortunately there isn’t. The sound is rather good with some decent bass and some nice mid-range qualities. However, even with the headset volume settings all the way up on the PS5 and actual headset, they aren’t tremendously loud. But they are loud enough for gaming with no trouble. Also, they are essentially the same color as the PS5 so they match nicely. I love the look and sound of this headset and would recommend them for console gaming.

Comfortable & Responsive . Matches beautifully with my r17. The adjustable mic makes it easy to fit comfortably. The surround sound is activated via command center . Make sure it’s downloaded onto computer.

I work from a home office and spend half my life in distance meetings. I've tried speaker phones, really expensive bluetooth devices, in-ear headsets, and expensive Bose headsets. Most of these have been trashed or (if really expensive) stored in a box in the closet. But of all of them, this is the only headset I would purchase again - actually I did purchase it again! The sound quality is very good, the over ear design is comfortable and blocks a lot of side noise, the microphone is adjustable and can be raised when you're on mute, or brought down directly in front of your mouth to speak.

Top notch I would love to buy another one and it works exactly how we want.

If you have a Dell Alienware computer or laptop... this headset is awesome! Highly recommended!

Excellent sounding headphones. The mic can come out and be pushed back into the left ear if you don't want to have it out. Sound quality and the virtual 7.1 is flawless. Only downside is where it plugs into on the headphones. Other than that they're perfect. Installing on my older M17 R2 was a little tedious. But on my new R10 it was basically plug and play. You also get a full equalizer setup through the Alienware command center when your using the virtual surround.

Great sound, feel and look. For the money I have yet to find anything better and believe me folks I have gone through well over 20 pairs in the last 3 years. I have 5 kid's and I play games a lot as well so they all get good use. The common issue with headphones seems to be 1 ear piece going out. Have not had that issue with these so maybe they aren't made in (CHINA). As far as sound and feel they toast Corsair which used to be all I would buy.

I've returned many sets of headphones due to comfort or audio issues and decided to give the Alienware 510h a chance while they were on sale. These are the most comfortable headphones I've found as they go over my ears perfectly and don't put any pressure on my glasses. They sound great on my PS5 just connected to the controller as well as on my cell and laptop.
