The headset works as intended, but unfortunately may be hard to configure in the AW command Center in different Laptop Makers, support is hard to come by within the Dell network. to fully maximize this product, the command center needs to be installed. for its current price of 59.99, definitely a great contender for a 7.1 USB DAC powered headsets (noise cancellation was super too)

Great sound, great quality, and O love the design. They were a little pricey but very worth it !!

I use this headset for gaming and it has excellent sound quality and a crystal clear mic. Without glasses, the padding is really comfortable, but if you wear glasses it gets fairly painful after a couple hours. It also drains the battery of my xbox controller within like 6 hours, which has been fairly frustrating. Even with the downsides, it has improved my overall gameplay, and I would buy it again.

I can’t stress how important a good sounding mic is on a gaming headset! And this mic sounds great! However because the headset itself is not open back I couldn’t hear my voice at times due to the game blaring away in my headset! I prefer open back just so I’m not shouting and unnecessarily loud lol. But if you like closed back headphones then these are the pair you should give a try.
