Good sound, very comfortable for long gaming sessions

These are great for blocking out external noise. Comfortable to wear as well.

They sound truly 7.1 surround sound and fit very comfortably.

This is the first headset to fit me 100$ comfortably, the tips of my ears tend to stick out just a bit too much and tend to touch the speakers of a lot of headsets. These are deep enough, but aren't too wide to feel like they are covering too much of my head. The sound is fantastic and they look great.

Was skeptical about this headset. Needed on for my PC build and I felt like Alienware was all hype. This headset definitely meets my expectations. At first I didn't think much of the sound quality but once you download the Alienware control center to adjust the equalizers and volume, it makes one hell of a difference. I've owned an Astro headset and prefer this.

i would honestly give this a three and a half its not quite a four on the scale decent sound quality bit poor mic quality its audible but just doesnt really pick up the voice great had it for about a month now and the mic is already starting to loosen up and not keep shape

Love the sound quality they sound perfect the only thing I didn't like was that they were not wirless I ended up returning them because of that but if they would have been wirless I would have keep them great sound for the price recommended for those who don't mind wires

Great for gaming on computer. Not so much for Xbox. Have to turn sound way down if in chat with others or everyone in chat hear an echo from the headset. It looks neat and build seems good and will last. Nice sound only downfall is the one previously mentioned.

Got this headset because I think the design and look is really nice, but for $100 I don’t think it’s worth it. At first it was comfortable to wear but after a couple hours I started to get a headache from how tight it was, I know that within time it should stretch out a little bit and I won’t have that issue. Another problem is that you can hear the wire hitting your shoulder or body when you move your head around, which was very annoying. For that I ended up returning it. I feel like there are better headsets out there for cheaper and better gaming experience when wearing it.

I bought these for my wife and she loves them!! It’s her first gaming headset and she loves the color and quality. It’s above average in quality but different don’t feel cheap. It’s a reasonable price for what you get considering your just buying the brand name.

I purchased these for my 14 year old son and he absolutely loves them. He says that the sound is amazing and they block out any other noise around him. I can honestly say, he would recommend them to anyone looking for a headset.

The functional quality of these, sound and voice, is very good. The build quality is also better than the ones they replaced. Best Buy order processing and shipping were fast and hassle free/

Not a big fan of wired Headsets, but this was for my son, I have used it a few times for conference calls, the sound is very clear and crisp, recommend if you like wired headsets

I love the design, wish it was wireless but you get what you pay for it is made of good quality i don't feel like it'll break easily the sound is great altho I wish the mic was a little sturdier

I do enjoy this headset. I do have a bit of issue with discord and this headset, but not the worst problems. This product fits quite well, and is very comfortable.

I love these headsets. They are amazing for gaming and other activities. Would recommend especially if you already own an Alienware pc or laptop.
