I bought these didn’t expect them to be this great has great sound quality sound cancellation is even better playing call of duty while using this headset will make you perform a lot better will recommend 100%.

Swapped from a Corsair headset to this and the headset works great sound is super clear with Dolby Atmos especially with gaming to pin point sounds in the direction it’s coming from for shooter games

Great headphones can be used either wired or Bluetooth. I was told I sounded clearly and I can hear the others clearly as well.

Purchased for the battery life and sound features, highly recommend if you play with your mic plugged into your controller. If not and you use Bluetooth I’d be weary of this headset

Very nice headset with quality sound. It did take a bit for us to sink with out gaming system but once we figured it out we are happy with the purchase.

Headphone by itself is great, clear sound, but the microphone is really weird, they have their on app, doesn't really work well with all the games. I have a lot of Alienware gear, but would not buy their headphones. again.

Great head phones! The only complaint I have is that the dongle will update itself before updating the headphones. This means the headphones will not work. I had to figure it out by googling the issue. It was stressful and annoying. Now I know so it’s not an issue. Otherwise, they work wonderfully.

I purchased these 6 months ago and one of the headphones have come detached. It says they have a 2 year warranty but dell is giving me the run around and will not honor the warranty. This will be my last dell/alienware purchase. I bought a pc and one of the fans went out the gave me the run around on that too. Bad customer service be warned.
