Headphone by itself is great, clear sound, but the microphone is really weird, they have their on app, doesn't really work well with all the games. I have a lot of Alienware gear, but would not buy their headphones. again.

Great head phones! The only complaint I have is that the dongle will update itself before updating the headphones. This means the headphones will not work. I had to figure it out by googling the issue. It was stressful and annoying. Now I know so it’s not an issue. Otherwise, they work wonderfully.

Best wireless headphones I’ve bought! Charging is lighting fast and the microphone is phenomenal. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

I purchased these 6 months ago and one of the headphones have come detached. It says they have a 2 year warranty but dell is giving me the run around and will not honor the warranty. This will be my last dell/alienware purchase. I bought a pc and one of the fans went out the gave me the run around on that too. Bad customer service be warned.

Great headset traded in my razer nari ultimate for it and it has all the same features that the nari had that i loved and with really good ear comfort.

Bought this headset after seeing that it would connect to Xbox,Mobile,PC,Playstation. But will return or exchange after getting home and testing it out. Pros: Very nice design the LED light on the side is nice and adds to the look. Lightweight and comfortable for all heads. Mic is hidden perfectly. Ability to change EQ when on PC makes it very nice to have for the price. Cons: Says wireless and that it works via PC, and various consoles and mobile. The PC part is very true and is a absolute breeze. BUT the xbox and PS5 do not work wirelessly you must connect wire that does come in box to the controller and it losses quality and gives lots of feedback with a brand new controller. Mobile is impossible in this day and age due to the most common phones not having headphone jacks and this headset not having bluetooth. Not the best sound out of box though you can EQ them for PC you cannot for anything using the headphone jack.

Sound quality arent so bad, but comfort isnt there. Unfortunately being an Alienware fan. The headset aren’t it for me. For the price my recommendation is seek other brands.

Perfecr and easy to use. Everything i have is alienware.
