Honestly, I could never justify spending thousands of dollars on an Alienware product. I just needed a good, solid gaming PC to run some games (nothing crazy, just some STEAM products) and wanted to be as cost efficient as possible. When I saw this for less than $900, I jumped on the opportunity immediately, and this is the best computer I have EVER owned. For the price, I have absolutely no complaints. It runs EVERYTHING very quickly and smoothly, and I have experienced no lag whatsoever while playing games. I highly recommend this if you've ever wanted an Alienware, or a mid-grade gaming PC without taking out a personal loan. I LOVE this computer!! OH AND BY THE WAY: Out of the box, the computer has a graphics card driver update that NEEDS to be done before you can play ANY games. So do that before you start going hogwild playing games, or else you will experience a horrid lag. Once the update is done, you'll be able to immediately start reking scrubs, 8/8

There aren't many reviews on this computer, so I thought I would share my experience with it. The PC has a good video card and can run most modern games on at least Medium settings. It's a pretty good price for an entry level gaming computer, and the name brand Alienware is big in the pc gaming industry. Don't expect to run every gorgeous game on max settings (like The Witcher 3 etc). If you want to do that you're going to have to go with a higher end pc. That being said, I haven't had any issues with the pc and I love it! Very responsive.

2 pros to this PC are it is very compact which is one of the main reasons I purchased it. Price was another top factor. Two cons of this PC is I chatted with ASUS before purchasing it and wanted to make sure there was another slot for a full-size hard drive and was told there was, however, there is only an extra slot for an SSD drive. Another con is the optical (DVD) drive randomly ejects disks. The reason I haven't returned it is because it seems to be due to a hardware issue.

It's a decent rig for the price although I expected a bit more power out of the GPU. It looks great and is completely quiet thanks to the liquid cooling and the slim case fits well where I have it wedged.

Best computer I ever played diablo 3 on. Best starter gaming computer.

Worked right out out of the box with no problems. It went on sale after I bought it and BB price matched the sale. Runs Win 10 and all new games. Would buy again.

Quiet and pretty smooth all around. Graphics, sound, processing power.

I always thought Alienware was one of the best computers on the market, but now they are made by Dell. I have had problems with the last two Dells I had and swore never again. So when I order and get my Alienware the paper work said Dell. I hook it up and get half way through the set-up process and it locks up and crashes and will not start back up. I call tech support after hooking up my old computer to get the number off the internet because the paper work had no support numbers. Long story short, sent it back to Alienware RAM replaced and got it back in three days. It was just a bad start to a bad computer.

My son loves this system. He uses it for gaming. Not one issue since we purchased this last year. Pricey, but a Good buy none the less.

I am really satisfied. No regrets buying this.....

Shipped fast, quick setup, and plays amazing. People critize that the 745 graphics card isn't that good, but this machine plays WoW with ease. At med graphics I get up to 97fps in open world and 50-60 in cities. It should play on High without much trouble. Only thing that I didn't like is there are limits on upgrades. It's a trade off for having something compact.

great for the price no complaint on the computer itself but i picked it up on feb 27 2016 kids spilled a soda so took it in for repair on feb 29 2016 they shipped march 1 2016 they got it on march 3 2016 ordered parts on march 7th and 8th and march 11 the got parts and awaiting agent to assemble and now change in repair status called to ask why no change bestbuy phone operator said he would call and get me on the phone with the repair center bestbuy phone operator get back on the phone said they gave him the runaround and for me to try back Monday that the repair should not take this long and to push for new comp don't need a new 1 just mine back great computer just bad repair serves

it shut off by itself and never came back on (sad)
