A little bit loud on some games. Came without the proper installation of the hard drive where the person cleaning out the drive had forgotten to assign a letter to the hard drive. For example hard drive :f. It had no letter and therefore was not usable. Now it’s fixed. Overall solid pc

I am not a gamer but needed an up to date computer for Family photo and video editing and archiving. The SSD system drive get the computer booted up in seconds. This is my first Alienware computer and I am very pleased with it

You’ll see people here complaining about the fan - you can change this in settings if you have a few brain cells and simply search online. Hardware and everything included is good quality for the price and I do recommend it.

This is my first store bought PC, previously I build my rig. I have to say you do get what you pay for. This is meeting every demand that I throw at it. Even hard crunching of data for SETI. Well worth the investment.

The fan is a little sporadic but aside from that this is a great PC. very compact compared to the other gaming rigs I've had. Definitely not a bad choice!

Great gaming machine. I primarily use my to run my observatory. It captures astronomical images and has the horse power to process them. Very highly recommended. It’s pretty future proofed too.

I use it for work, and it is really fast, a can open 90 goggle pages and 10 other programs and the PC runs very good.

had one of the 1st generation aliens liked the speed of it...but it had 1st generation overheating problems. This new alien supposedly has better cooling mechanism. Like how it works.

Cool looking tower, has a handle for easy carrying. Loads in a few seconds. Has plenty of power for my needs. I play strategy games,not first person shooter games.

I love the fast action of the computer and it does have some fan noise but it's a quality unit and if they start to bother me I will replace them at a minimal fee

So this PC made me very happy and I was super impressed compared to my last PC. This could run PUBG max settings and basically anything you want at max settings with good frames but lemme tell you... The fans ROAR, I soon realized why they call it the "Aurora". Very comparable to a the sound a hair dryer makes. I expected sound noise because no liquid cooling is used for the 2060 but I didn't think it would be to the point where I couldn't handle it. I know you can replace the main 120m fan and easily solve the super loud fan rev problem.. also uninstalling Alienware control center helped, but I did 3 star for the noise. Runs games great and smooth. New cod mod warfare / gta 5 / pubg, just loud. but it can be resolved by replacing fans or adding liquid cooling
