Pros: * Very well packaged. * The box is easy to open because it uses plastic clips to hold the top shell to the bottom platform. You simply remove the clips and the shell lifts off. (Be sure to study the box icons on the outside before trying to unpack.) * Comes with both keyboard and mouse, but not very good. * Almost no bloatware. * Great utility apps allow for customization, but all instructions are online. * Fans are quiet. Cons: * No recovery media. (Be sure to download it.) * Only a small pamphlet for contact information. * Warning: There is a small screw that you must find and remove to be able to remove the side panels of the machine. * I was missing one of the 2 screws needed to attach the stability foot to the bottom of case. So I had to call some foreign country to get them shipped. Very hard to understand. * Warning: you must find a very small, black sticker on the back to get the machine's "Service ID" before they will even talk to you. This should be much easier to find than it is. (Have a magnifying glass and light ready to find and read it.) * Extremely heavy. Removing the side panels helps, but you can't do that until you have removed the tiny locking screw. * Be prepared to spend more money for external USB hardware: * No internal DVD drive. * No internal Smart Media drive. * No internal Floppy drive. * I even bought an external USB device to use old SSD drive from last computer.

This machine of a beast is exceeding all my expectations running at really high FPS across all my games and have no issues related to the pc! It can handle so much at once that I can’t find enough to do with it while I’m gaming! Looking for the ultimate investment in fun? Look no further 10/10 would buy again!

Beast of a computer. Has liquid cooling. It does take up a lot of space but other than that it works amazing.

This is by far, the best gaming computer I bought, it’s fast and has excellent graphics

Stay away. Less than 4 months in and I have spent hours on the phone with customer service. Two techs onsite at my house during a PANDEMIC and it is still not working right. Now they want to send another Tech to my house! Alienware customer service is horrendous. Stay away. Ill go to NewEgg and build my own. No offense to Bestbuy, they have been great.
