I was so exited to use it, I hope I get a replacement as soon as possible.

Great Refurbished Monitor

There is some cosmetic issue, but nothing major and no screen issues at all. The top part of the menu toggle stick on the back is broken on mine, but it does not affect the functionality of the stick itself. Everything works flawlessly and is what I expected of a refurbished monitor. I would have given five stars, but the packaging itself could have been better. It was basically just laid in a box lightly wrapped and taped up. The box was not even what I would call a good quality box. I suppose it can speak well to the overall build quality, and toughness of the monitor itself.

Showed up broken

It was thrown in the box with no care. The box was oversized bubble wrap just thrown in and the monitor was not in its safety sleave. It was cracked and the screen inoperable. I will update my review on the monitor itself once I get a replacement or repair.
