Just a great piece of machinery built by the pros at Alienware. Besides adding a surround sound, I haven’t had any issues. Currently playing Destiny 2, call of duty modern warfare 1 and 2 perfectly.

Very well designed good speed and memory and love the graphics and sound

I have been pleasantly surprised with this laptop. It packs a lot of punch for the specs. It blows through AAA games at 60+ FPS with ease. I think the cooking system is a huge contributor to this computer performing well. It does an excellent job in that department. I tried out the X14 and it felt just a little too small to me. However, the M15 feels like the sweet spot for me. I am writing this review based off getting the laptop at $1,400, though, not $2,000. I just wanted to mention that to be fair as it changes how I see the value to price ratio.

Its a good and powerful laptop. The performance looks good. And I like the lightning in the keyboard. The thrust of the CPU fan tells you the performance will be smooth. I had to power the laptop for the first time to start. The battery backup is average not the greatest. The plastic design could have been made much stronger by replacing with aluminum.

Decent computer; runs well and picture is good. Was able to download all of my games with no storage issue. The biggest problem was the fans. They’d go off very often and so loud everyone is my apartment could hear them. It was worse when plugged in to charge which was often because it didn’t feel like the battery lasted very long. Ultimately returned because I could not stand the noise of those fans.

It's a good laptop for gaming purposes, but battery is horrible. My battery is 97% after opening and setting up and when I shutdown the laptop and open after 30 mins, the battery is 3%. They I realized that I need attachel the power cord all the time. Which is not useful for my situation. So I returned the product But it's a great laptop for gaming and not moving the laptop from one place to another place

I like the graphics and speed, and the ability to upgrade with a second hatd drive easily.

Really good gaming computer, when playing games on it the battery will die fast.

I recommend the purchase if you are looking to perform professional work tasks.

Bought this computer to replace my 5yr old one. I am very pleased with it so far.

This product is ight tbh ive had it for about 2 weeks now their is sum gaming issues but thats because its one of the lower tier laptops personnaly i like it mamages heat while gaming pretty well due to the 3060 dont expect to play on the best graphics this laptop isnt made for that it certainly gets the job done tho if youre looking for a budget gaming laptop then id highly recommend this to you but if youre a little over the edge needing unnecessary processing speed feel free to look at alien wares 5k x17 yeah no thanks (°_°)

Battery life is less than 2 hours and I’m not gaming, I’m just completing weekly homework. I have to leave it plugged in to get my assignments completed. All the research I did, shows 3-10 hour battery life. I will be returning to Best Buy.
