Very well made machine. I had an Acer Predator with the same CPU and GPU (I9/RTX 4080) and the cooling on that was awful. Common issue. Had to change processor power settings so that it never hit 100% and even still, without turbo boost, would hit 100C. Now, this Alienware is FANTASTIC and has superb cooling for both the CPU and GPU. CPU hasn’t broken 90C under heavy load (averages in the 60’s and 70’s while gaming) and the GPU has hit 72C. Again, cooling on this laptop is phenomenal. Nothing needs to be said about the performance (I mean, look at the specs lol). This is a perfect desktop gaming machine replacement

I love it ! No complains whatsoever, it would be more convenient if there was a slimmer version for the power adapter, as the laptop itself is quiet heavy, have to keep the weight in mind if someone is to carry this bad boy around often. As this is a gaming laptop, I was not expecting a great battery life from it, so its sub-par, and as for the display, the peak brightness is lower compared to that of its competitors, but personally it does not bother me, all in all, buyers will be really satisfied with their purchase of this laptop

Am happy whit this laptop it runs everything on ultra settings no problem. I’ll be updating the ram and storage later but great out of the box

I recently bought this laptop, and it exceeded all my expectations. First of all, the design of the computer is simple and modern, which is very suitable for my work and entertainment needs. The lightweight body makes it very convenient to carry and easy to use wherever I go. In terms of performance, this computer is really impressive. Whether it is handling complex office tasks or high-quality media playback, it can run smoothly without any delay. It is especially worth mentioning the battery life. Even after long-term use, the power consumption is very slow, which is a huge advantage for people like me who often need to work outside.

I've had my M16 for 10 months. It has been amazing. Gaming peroformance is sublime. It is functional but has a tiny flaw. It is a little fragile. You want to get a very good well cushioned case for this if you plan to be very mobile. It's performance can't be beat and if you travel well with it you will be very happy.

This laptop costs you $2699. With this price, you only get a basic game laptop. Only two things I like, the screen and design. Battery: last 1 hour and 30 mins with just browsing the website and doing light work. Ironically, Dell sells 97wh battery on their website for $120. (The battery has never been improved for 5 or 6 years since I bought the M15, now same one using on M16). Ram: 16GB is not enough! the 32GB ram costs you under $100. Hard Drive: 1TB is not enough! The extra storage costs you $150 - $300. Charger: Very heavy like a brick. With this 86wh battery, it means you have to carry it everywhere. Fan: Very loud when it runs full speed. Quality: Bad quality. I am using the 3rd one after exchanges. 1st one, the shift got stuck in. 2nd one, the fan run like a tractor. Best Buy online customer service: Bad! First time, I was letting them check inventory, they told me it is in stock at my local store. When I got there, store told me they have to order it. Second time, told they to delay the Fedex delivery if they could, they said all set. The laptop got delivered right next day, fortunately I was at home. And very bad exchange experience with Mansfield Best Buy store. With these being said, you are going to spend $2700 for a basic model, then spend extra $500-$600 to upgrade yourself! Plus, you have to deal with stupid things with Best Buy. Duh...

Loving this laptop! The RYX 4080 is a beast and i like how i can upgrade the ram. This laptop with my Alienware Monitor is a perfect combo.

I actually went from the 16" Razer i9 with the RTX 4060 to this laptop with the RTX 4080, and I have 0 regrets about doing it. I like everything about this laptop better than the Razer and this keyboard is top-notch. I also like the way this laptop vents out the back and has the ports in the back, worth every penny and the games look amazing.

Everbody should get a best buy plus membership! This laptop is an absolute beast! But it was too big for me and thats the only reason i returned it. It was pretty heavy but powerful. I just wanted smaller. Thank you.

Alienware makes a great device, their software requires some getting used to and updating. Once you get past that, the raw power of the laptop is staggering. Diablo 4 and escape from tarkov running all out on a laptop is hard to wrap your mind around. That 4080 is a monster, now it does get hot so buy a lapdesk or play on a surface. I would definitely recommend this laptop for someone who wants do everything on one device.

Everything about the laptop is great. The screen is amazing and works flawlessly. The only problem I’m having is the memory being almost maxed out on the games I play.

I had always wanted an Alienware laptop and I decided this was the one. Stats were good, got it on a sale, everything was working out. Then two weeks after I brought it home all the lighting stopped working. I called Best Buy and Dell and they both suggested I bring it in for either a return or repair.. I read horror stories online of complete motherboard replacements (gone wrong) to fix this exact issue. I decided that the lights were not as important as having a functioning laptop so I kept it and added in some RAM. Two weeks later all the lights come back on and everything has been working.

Good screen, very powerful laptop. All around a great gaming laptop, can replace any desktop, can play any game you want at pretty much max settings. Build quality is great. The only thing I can complain about is that it comes with only 16 GB of RAM, and nowadays it should have at least 32.

Runs smoothly as expected. Sometimes turning it on is a little buggy, I have to hold the power button for a long time for it to turn on. Other than that it is a great laptop, it is also quiet most of the time which is good to when I'm not gaming.

Pros: Beautiful laptop - keys light up, the Alienware accents look amazing, and it just looks like a high tech beast that is sure to impress people with its beauty and power. Blazing fast, especially when firing up any type of game Cons: The motherboard broke in a day or two, extensive updates needed, very heavy, runs pretty hot and kind of noisy Good for gamers who don't plan to travel much with it (desktop replacement) and want something to show off (assuming the motherboard doesn't break)
