So far I'm happy with the laptop. I bought it for a great discount so it was a great value for me. It runs pretty hot but seems to have good cooling.

I purchased this laptop and immediately checked the documentation on Dell's support page to determine how much RAM I can install. The docs say it supports 64GB. I tried 3 different sets of 64GB of RAM and the laptop would never even post. Two of the sets I purchased brand new and one was a known good set taken from one of my other gaming laptops. I contacted Dell Tech support and of course all they wanted to do was blame the RAM and that was the end of the troubleshooting help I was going to get. I tried that RAM in question in my other gaming laptop and it posted and booted just fine. Long story short, two of the three sets of RAM I tried in the laptop were definitely good and the laptop would only post with the 16GB of RAM that came with it. Needless to say I returned it to Best Buy. I just expect something to work out of the box, especially something as expensive as this. Just buyer beware, that's all.

Snappy computer, loads everything quick. Games on ultra setting with no problem. Only issue is battery life, but that's to be expected with a hefty machine like this.

Runs fantastic, everything is clean and a lot of effective support. There is a lot of room to expand RAM and storage space with two mini NVMe slots and an extra full NVMe slot. The only downside is the low number of USB slots but there are two thunderbolt slots.

Good Laptop. solid performance for a portable light unit. 3d mark gave me 18569 points for graphics and 12490 on the 13900HX. The 13900KF gives me 18987 points on the same test.

Works as a good upgrade to the previous model. Weight is an issue however but that is a mild comlaint.

Excellent bang for the buck when it comes to specs. Too heavy and power thirsty to use as an actual laptop unplugged.

Bought open box but might as well have been brand new. Came with original packaging and the laptop has been great so far can run any game at max settings in 1440p

This version is on steroids compared to the last one I bought 4-5 years ago. Power block nearly doubled in size. Cooling fans greatly increased in capability. RTX 4080 is a real beast at processing and the 13th Gen Core i9 is fantastic.

Extraordinary laptop! I purchased it for my recent deployment and it did the job. Very high quality and the performance is unmatched.

You need to manually install all the software upgrades yourself, which is not very convenient The computer is very high performance.

The laptop performance is excellent. Battery life could be better but this kind of laptop is meant to be plugged in just a drastic change in performance off the battery

There are a lot of updates that are needed, you have to update both in the Apps and in the settings. It tends to get hot. The fans are not quiet at all but if you like the sound of a jet engine then you'll love it. For the price it is a great computer though. For me the screen is very large, and does not fit in my backpack nicely there is another 2" that stick out past the actual computer.

Wonderful deal. Got it for $1700 open box and it came with the RYX4080 laptop version chip. It's just as fast as the desktop 3080ti. Excellent deal!,

Overall it has quite good proformence, what i ahve to complain is the Alienware Command Center. I still hve to learn how to use the app since this is the first time i have ever owned an Alienware laptop.

This Alienware laptop is a fantastic machine for both graphically intensive work and creative applications (Photoshop, Premiere, etc.) as well as all PC games.

Sturdy, Beast of a performance. Charger could have been smaller

It’s a beast. It runs most anything I throw at it. In balanced mode. Fans get loud. But it’s powerful. Power brick is comically big and heavy.

Great for traveling gamers , airport, hotel don’t leave without fast and no lag on all games doesn’t over heat and built in i9 all in a portable laptop
Overall it's good. But not as good as the AMD chip in the same machine. The screen still has the same bleeding problems and ACC is still so hard to use even with the new version 6.0. It has more problems than the old 5.0 version. The AMD CPU is more stable than Intel and does not have the problem of frame skipping, so I would recommend buying the M16 with AMD chip.
