I've liked Alienware products for a while, even though this is my only 2nd purchase of such products! Point: I see 300 fps, outstanding graphics, performance "I" prefer! Cost is a bit high! Here's the thing; I've now a full time RV'er & space is at premium. I have my tower but even with a Titan Z card, several digital hard drives, great cooling...I need to get rid of weight, even the 4k monitor w/144 hz, 1ms time. Costs, well the tower is more but the laptop is convenient! There you have it! P.S. my wife is dumping her computer needed info on to laptop to get rid of her computer too! Imagine the difference, needs over wants!

Fast and beautiful machine! Lots of storage and fast loading. Keyboard colors can be customized. Very clear screen ! Great size screen. Sturdy and soft oltouch surface.

I like it a lot. It loads fast does not lag. The picture is clear. Its good for my games. Great for doing school work. Does not overheat. Full sz keyboard is great

Love it, Simply the best is all I can really say. But then again I have to be honest and say I only ever bought alienware ever since my first alienware.

Fan has a tiny high pitch that I just can't handle. Tried two these. Returned both. Great machine if that sound won't bug you,

I use it as a work machine and occasionally use solid modeling software which is resource intensive and this computer works well for these applications.

So far this laptop has everything I could need plus more. I've been able to run every game I've played in ultra. Only downside is battery life.

This is a very good laptop for gaming due to the 2070 super in it. The laptop is also max p on gpu to be full powered gpu. Played avengers on high settings

This thing is a beast! Runs super smooth and can handle about any game, also has an extra ssd slot I went ahead and used to add a 1TB Samsung Evo M.2 SSD.

all I have to say is that I wouldn't say I like dells all that much, but this computer is amazing and is fast, and the picture is amazing

Had a dead pixel for the first one I bought. Returned that and got another one which currently has no issues. Very fast laptop

The computer was everything I had hoped for. My main reason for rating was the service provided; I never got an email allowing me to rate the staff, so I figured I’d put it here. Fantastic customer service!! I had order the computer online, and thought I had selected curbside pick-up. When I arrived and was getting out my phone to contact the store, an employee was already there. She checked my order, saw it was in-store pick-up, but still went in to get my purchase. Customer care and service like this will keep me coming back!

I cannot say enough good things about this laptop. I purchased it for the purpose of streaming our churches worship services, and to act as a backup to the presentation pc. It has performed flawlessly. I needed a good graphics card and Ethernet connection, as well as multiple USB. The only problem I had was during setup, the setup program says it’s in progress but never moved past the “please wait” stage. Some Google searches advised this happens and to force a reboot. That worked and the setup completed quickly.

Outstanding for gaming. The refresh rate will blow your mind. The display is crisp and clear! I’d give it 10 stars if I could.
