I’ve used Alienware laptops for 15+ years. This is a wonderful laptop with a beautiful display and great battery life. I purchased open box in excellent condition. As described, fast shipping. I’ve used the laptop for 3 months now, and there have been no issues regarding the open box condition. Very happy with my purchase.

Got this for my son’s birthday and he loves it. I know nothing about gaming computers and the sales rep was a huge help!! Couldn’t have done it without their help!!

The computer performance is great. The only downside is bit heavy.

Excellent Gaming Desktop replacement. Primarily use for entertainment / ganing but also use for Video editing, audio recording ( with additional equipment) and everyday PC use like Email and web browsing. The best part is when I travel I can pick this up and go! I did have to buy a larger laptop bag due to its large screen size!

This one replaced and old one and is a lot more efficient and appreciate the gentlemen that help me purchase and the instore Geek Squad was amazing!

I unfortunately can't write a solid review of how this computer works and functions since i returned it the day after purchasing. I needed a new computer for work ASAP and was up in Saginaw MI so i jumped on this one since Alienware has always been a great computer build, and this was the only one with my desired specs in stock. I only returned it because of it's size. This thing is impressive to say the least! I just couldn't bring it in to meetings, i wouldn't hear the end of it. It's looks, lighting and feel are pretty dang nice and i wish i could have ran with it!

Bought this as a gift for my husband. He has been very happy with its performance so far. Responsive and quick for everything he’s played.

It's heavier than my old laptop, and it tends to have some lag time too. Not really impressed, especially for what I paid for it.

Love it was the only computing computer to run da vinci, twenty studio correctly and properly for editing videos.

I was able to procure this "Like New Open Box" beast for $1149 out the door delivery included. It arrived in untouched condition. Been using it now for 6 weeks plus, flawless! No issue with temps, 42-cpu, 38-gpu in performance mode. Oh, quiet as a mouse. Wanna thank Best Buy, best deal in years.

Really loving this laptop! I have been wanting one since I first knew they existed. battry life is not great during gaming of course because of the high power consumption but I dont expect to use off charge. I am able to use for working remotely. And for gaming and whatever else I need.

I honestly thought Alienware was it's own product line and wouldn't have even given it a look if I knew it was Dell. They have the worst products. They didn't have what I wanted in stock so I got this and as soon as I opened it, realized it was Dell. Decided to give it a shot and crashes my game more than my old hp laptop. Even had plain old file explorer crash on me 3 times. Incredibly heavy and seems to get pretty hot despite all the bells and whistles. Returning if Best Buy will let me take it back without the box.

Good aesthetic, reliable, fast and efficient.... Good performance with a wide range of options when it comes to choose the type of work.

Best buy as always pleases, excellent laptop especially at such a discount (-1400$), excellent condition, the only thing is that a screw was missing from the bottom cover, I think since I bought it as an open box, they forgot to put the screw after checking, but this does not affect the operation of the laptop in any way, thank you, I am very happy
