My son loves this item. It works well and way to see at night as it has the light up feature which looks really cool.

Really loved it great keyboard. Specialty for gaming. its just very hard to configure keyboard light according to my preference.

A definite upgrade form a normal keyboard and the standard Alienware keyboard. Pros: Strong tall keys Customize lights, keys Extra Keys Volume bar (So freaking handy) The letters and numbers on the keyboard are not in some fancy font! This is great because I can still see what each letter or number is when the keyboard is illuminated. (Unlike Razer keyboards) Cons: Sometimes goes dark when certain games are not compatible. (Not Dell's fault the game developer needs to fix that but I figured it may be helpful to some customers)

If you are looking at reviews for this item it's because, like me, you broke your old keyboard. This was the one keyboard in stock that didn't feel like a piece of crap and had the numeric keypad attached. The color options are a bonus and makes my desk look awesome. My kids find it amazing! If you are looking for a gaming keyboard, I have no idea how it stacks up to others so I can't help you there. But really, if you are looking for gaming keyboards, why are you going to trust what I have to say and not a professional reviewer. Good day!

Probably the best functional keyboard I have ever used. Typing is precise, with the perfect amount of tactile and audible feedback from the keys.

My son loves Alienware and claims this is the best keyboard ever. It’s quiet for a mechanical keyboard and very nice rgb lighting.

My kid wanted this to play on his computer. Not only it's responsibe. It looks very cool too with the different settings of color.

My son purchased a mechanical keyboard for the gaming computer he built. But when it arrived and he used it, we discovered that it was very loud. Since he was getting ready to move into a dorm at college, we felt it would be unfair to his new roommate to use such a loud keyboard. We found this Alienware keyboard at BestBuy and it was much quieter than his original one. My son was still very happy with the responsiveness of the Alienware keyboard, and we are sure his roommate will be happier with the quietness of it.

this is the very first mechanical keyboard I owned and I am very pleased, the keys are very responsive and the back light is beautiful

The keyboard was very nice, not because it was a Alienware, but it really was a great keyboard in general.

I haven't gotten the chance to try the new keyboard, but my Grandson has been enjoying it since day one. The colors are great.

The lights are beautiful, better than Razer keyboards, but the control app is not that powerful than Razer's
