The sound is very nice and clear. You can hear enemy foot steps very clearly. I tried a lot of headsets for my PC. Settled on these. The design is very futuristic looking. The touch commands are great and add to the futuristic look. Definitely out of this world.

It's all the description said it was and the price was right! Excellent noise cancelling, can be wired to your cell phone, charge last long, charges fast, light weight. I am very happy with this purchase and would recommend it.

The shape and the light are pretty cool, and the sound is great. However, the ANC isn’t good enough as the competitors.

I have tried almost all the different high end gaming headsets and I can safely tell you this is the best I've experienced. Even better with all the awesome features like Bluetooth connectivity, active noise cancellation, finger swipe controls on the ear muffs, RGB lighting etc.. This thing is just perfect. All the bells and whistles

These Alienware headphones are amazing. Along with the active noise, cancellation, and the option to switch between Bluetooth on devices and using the dongle for connection through computers it is unmatched and unparalleled. I would highly recommend buying this. I would buy it again if I would have to.

when I first purchased this headset I was pleased with it, but after a couple of months the right speaker fell off the unit, leaving it hanging on by wires. I snapped the speaker back in place and continued to use the headset, with the speaker falling off, for about another month until the right speaker stopped working and the headset would not power up at all. I returned that headset to BestBuy and exchanged it for the same model. This was in May '23. It is now August 3 23, and I am about to return this 2nd headset for the EXACT same issues. the right speaker is falling off. Battery life is nowhere near 30 hours. Its more like 8 or 10. I have all alienware accessories (mouse, keyboard) for my alienware laptop, and I've replaced every accessory at least once. this will be the 2nd time I am replacing this headset. I will not be replacing them with an alienware headset, which I am not happy about.

I went through 2 of these and am very disappointed. I have an Alienware R16 computer and a widescreen Alienware monitor, both of which I'm very happy with, so I figured go with an Alienware headset despite some worrisome reviews. Bad choice. The battery went dead in the first pair within a month. I returned them no problem. The new pair lasted just long enough so that I could no longer return them. The attachment point between the headset and the ear piece would slip out, see picture. I lived with that for a while, but then the battery once again died and will not recharge. So I'm now having to buy a different brand.

Headset earpiece connection is fragile and broke under normal use within a few uses. Dell service will not replace under warranty if the issue is not a software issue.

after 8 months its broken. cant replace it so im stuck with a broken earphones. its also staticky sound so not a fan.

The Alienware AW920H is hands down one of the best gaming headsets I’ve used! Only small complaint? The mic quality is decent but not amazing—it’s fine for gaming and calls, but if you’re streaming, you might want a dedicated mic. Other than that, this headset is 100% worth it if you want top-tier sound, comfort, and wireless freedom!

Decided to upgrade my headset for my computer and after looking for a whike decided to get theses! Definitely is a great choice they sound amazing I can wear them for long periods of time and it doesnt hurt my head or ears. Headset is super lightweight sometimes you dont even notice it. Build quality is really good made me metal and everything has held up.Sound quality is super good especially for a gaming headset the hi-res audio really goes above and beyond.Quick set up process was ready to go some sources say not to update the headset but just do whatever you feel right. Only con is it doesnt disconnect sometimes but connects back really fast.Others complained of the static noise its literally just the noise canceling doing its job boocks out a lot of things and gives you a better experience 10/10 definitely should get
