Great computer, had it before a few months ago and returned it because fans would just kick on for no reason but it doesnt happen anymore, so maybe some updates alienware did helped who knows but i can comfortably use it at school and game when i get home.

Great gaming computer never had any problems with it

The computer is a great machine. I use this for work and for gaming and school. When gaming the xomputer tends to stay cool. I auev played Destiny 2 and Fortnite and it run extremely well. 10/10 wpuld recommend

Amazing laptop at an incredible price. I bought it open box and it came flawless for hundreds under the new price. The 14 inch size is perfect for traveling without giving up any power.

Everything is great EXCEPT for how loud the fan is. I saw that the fan noise is "at acceptable sound levels" but that must be for old people or people with trouble hearing because it gets so loud I actually have to either turn up the volume even more OR use noise canceling headphones. Other than the horrendously loud fan noise, its a great laptop with great graphics and smooth gameplay....THE FAN NOISE IS DRIVING ME INSANE

Battery life dies pretty quick and it heats up quick as well

This laptop has gone above my expectations as I am hard on laptops from DJ’ing to running HPtuners and editing videos and of course video games .

This is the best gaming laptop I have ever owned. I love Alienware products, but this is in a class of it's own. Is it the most powerful gaming laptop? No. Does that matter? No. Why? The reason is simple - this is not going to replace your primary gaming rig - this is going to replace your school/business laptop and allow you to game on the go at the same time. That is not something you can say about a 15 or 17 gaming laptop with a power brick the size of Kentucky. This baby runs off a standard USB-C laptop charger (and yes, you can get a 140 watt Anker brick and use that to power it too!) The screen is really nice for 1080p and games run really well on decent settings. I do with the HD was bigger but it does have a micro SD slot for expandable memory that seems to run basic games well. You can replace the HDD if you want so that is good. I wish the keyboard had per key RGB and that they didn't take out the light ring which is a signature part of the X series laptops from Alienware. The price of the laptop is a bit high considering the other options, but the build quality is top notch and at the end of the day that alone I think makes it worth it. That and USB C power - that's right USB C power! Alienware makes a great product and is the best in the business for gaming hardware - don't miss out and check this one out today.

It’s fine. Works as advertised. It’s slightly old, but it was a replacement for an asus.
