Great small Alienware laptop

You can get more for your money as you are paying for Alienware. I needed a small laptop and thought why not. No issues with anything. Was pretty much brand new.

Easily handles any task and you look cool using it :) my only issue is that from time to time windows 11 wont load properly and uou would need to restart… otherwise does the work easily

I use this for work and for gaming and school. When gaming the xomputer tends to stay cool. I auev played Destiny 2 and Fortnite and it run extremely well. 10/10 wpuld recommend

I bought two Alienware, one was dead in a few days luckily got replaced with Asus. Another one's motherboard was damaged within 1st year luckily was under warranty and Dell replaced it. But now after another 10 months of replacement motherboard is again damaged.

Fan noise is ridiculous

I saw that the fan noise is "at acceptable sound levels" but that must be for old people or people with trouble hearing because it gets so loud I actually have to either turn up the volume even more OR use noise canceling headphones. Other than the horrendously loud fan noise, its a great laptop with great graphics and smooth gameplay....THE FAN NOISE IS DRIVING ME INSANE

I enjoy being able to do just about anything with this form-factor, but there are a few quirks one should be mindful of. After setup I discovered an issue with sleep mode. It causes the laptop to BSOD in the middle of the night with all fans running at max speed. A few posts on reddit led me to believe it's a windows issue. So, I disabled sleep and now have the laptop going into hibernation mode instead. It's a little annoying because I can't quickly start the laptop anymore. Next, my touchpad disables itself in the systems settings menu randomly. It's usually on start up and doesn't happen 100% of the time. If I'm not using my mouse it's a pain to navigate to the setting to toggle it back on. I'm hoping nothing else pops up but just be mindful that you might experience your own software issues with this device. It is Dell + Windows after all.....
