Everything is amazing, so fast to open folders or apps

i bought like a open box in excelent condition, but came with some visual issues and with loads of informations, pics and documents of the last owner.

The gaming laptop is solid! I work a blue collar job so I travel a bit and its been through some rough times and still runs strong. The gaming experience is also great, I have lots of fun with it. Highly recommended!!!

The only thing I don't like about this computer is it has a very sharp edge. if you plan to type alot i suggest you get something to help with the edge.

Great laptop, works well. Only downside its a bit heavy for a laptop. Does get warm but as expected due to the lighting and ita a performance laptop.

Pretty decent PC. It's unfortunate the memory cannot be upgraded as (apparently) it is soldered to the motherboard. It's also unfortunate there is only ONE USB-A port, but there's 2 USB-C ports. No SD card slot, but there's a MICRO-SD slot? It was hard enough not losing the SD cards, it's going to be impossible to not lose the Micro-SDs! I realize it's not a Business PC, but it would be nice to have the ability to plug in more than one USB-A devices. Given these limitations, I would not recommend this PC, sorry.

I enjoyed this laptop it does everything I need from gaming to business to just whatever I need to get done

This is a big laptop powerful not noisy and really cool after playing games for a while battery is decent sound quality is smooth visuals are great especially when it's connected to the TV it's awesome

Like it a lot. Took a hot minute to get all the alienware software to work, but eventually got it.

This laptop is extremely powerful and plays everything great. I really love how thin it is and everyone keeps commenting on how sweet it looks

I bought this for my son and it's really fast and the gaming is great! It foes heat up a bit but that's to be expected !

I wasn't able to get the QhD model but the full hd doesn't disappoint either. The battery life lasts for about 5 to 6 hours while on Linux.

It works really good on works and games and its not too heavy.

The laptop is pretty good but the only drawback is the storage is less.

Absolutely terrible experience buying an 'excellent' used item from Best Buy. The day after I took this home, it had critical fan and hard drive errors. Best Buy would not allow me to return or support since I bought used, saying that the warranty they claim is Dell's warranty (misleading). Had to work with Dell which was time consuming and inefficient, sent in the laptop for repair, and it is still unusable. In fact, the entire hard drive is corrupt and computer won't even start.

Was told the only reason this was listed in fair condition was because it did not have a charger. I purchased a charger and found that two of the fans were broken and needed to be replaced. I went back to the store and they told me that is “probably why it was listed as fair and offered to exchange it for a compatible laptop I would just have to pay the difference in price the cheapest being over $1,000. Fortunately Dell has some of the best customer service and took care of everything.
