Excellent laptop with superior graphics. 4th alienware laptop my geeky family has owned. Only downfall is the chargers tend to need replacing. Small price to pay for an exceptional machine though

Received notebook today. The build quality is above most. Had a couple scratches on the lid with what looked like a couple specs of dirt or something trapped under the plastic wrap that caused a scratch and paint chip. Performance is decent, cpu still gets into the 90's with heavy load. The AW command center is GARBAGE. Lastly one of the big things. I bought this becasue the Dell rep answered a question in the questions section about the keyboard. They said this one doe sin fact come with the low profile cherry mx keyboard. This best buy specific model DOES NOT it has the normal membrane keyboard. I am returning it because that was one of the big features i needed.

System performs smoothly when gaming, though the fan is loud as expected when not running with the quiet profile. I am perfectly happy with my purchase.

Alienware has finally brought back the RGB touchpad. The baby runs like a monster. The fans are quite surprising. The only thing I would change is the way the keyboard is backlit.

Omg, i cant get enough of this laptop. Beautiful design, sleek, very quiet until you play games on Ultra settings.

Perfect!!! Bought this for my wife instead of a desktop. It meets all of her needs and so much more. She likes to play RuneScape on it.

Just amazing! Fast and battery holds charge very well. Very customizable, i don't need all the fancy lights so i turn them off:-) I am a graphic designer and editing software like adobe photoshop and illustrator was a walk in the park. Highly recommend for graphic designers. Laptop stays cool . The cooling system/fans do what they supposed to do. Yes, i could use more USB ports but that is a minor. Keep in mind there will always be a pro and con with electronics and remember no pc/laptop is perfect:-)

I highly recommend this laptop over all gaming laptop's that Best Buy offers this year. This laptop will not disappoint in performance and looks.

Great laptop with all the bells and whistles.. might could have done with a better power supply.. but overall a great laptop!!

Good powerful unit. Was a little heavy but not too bad as this isn’t one to be hauling around. Biggest reason I returned it was battery life suck. On battery save just surfing and light Facebook videos 1 hr 15 mins or less. In med mode playing small game like civilization lol 26 mins dead.

Performs marvelously. I got it to play while I was away on work and it has been reliable and performs as well as I thought it would.

Effectively, this high powered laptop is as advertised. Everything that I expected. One glaring (literally) issue is the lighting scheme on the back panel of the unit -- that is sooo bright that you can't actually see any of the connections in less than ambient daylight. Looks cool, but is stupid and annoying.

Best gaming laptop in my opinion. The fans keep everything very cool even running at high performance.

This laptop is exceptional. It is so fast, and well worth the investment. Highly recommend all Alienware PCs.

Works great! Just needs allot of downloads and tweeking. Gotta update both alienware and dell drivers.

Best gaming laptop I've owned so far, love the look and feel and its not as heavy as my old Alienware laptop.

After 2 years I have to say that this was the worst computer I have ever owned. I thought of Alienware as top of line product but after this computer I will have to ever think twice about ever purchasing an Alienware again! Half of my display has partially failed. The fan no is no longer working properly. On start up I often have to shut it down and restart because it fails to boot properly. Unfortunately all these things happened right after my warranty expired so....

Awesome cooling system i love it. I raid alot so i can be on from 2 to 6 hrs nver gotten overheated

Great refresh rate for competitive gaming. Once you've experienced it, there is no turning back.

Has not let me down, takes everything I throw at it like a walk in the park. Great performance!
