Hearing the singles leading up to Joey's second full length album, I was a bit confused as to what direction he was going, but was still curious to see what he was working on. The final product is an album with strong lyrics and a purpose. Joey is able to effectivly convey his purpose while not shoving it in your face. The best example of this is the track "MISS AMERIKKKA", which potrays the U.S. as an mentally abusive partner. This was a unique way to deliver his message, however there were spme moments of the album where the message was not so subliminal. I did not care for the direct name drops of Donald Trump. It is the same message that I am constantly hearing and I get it. I got it during the primaries and the weeks following the election. Because of the name drops, I am not sure how well those songs will stand the test of time. Nonetheless, I was definitely pleased with the album and would recommend it to any hip-hop fan that is looking for a good lyrical album

Jba is a lyrical wizard of wordz and rhymes! This cat spits slick on point lyrics with precision and grace! Leavin u in awe and rewinding the cd! He is the new political modern day 2pac and krs 1 + chuck d wrapped up in 1! And its a beautiful thing! I love his truth and boldness with his brash bold and wize with knowledge of racism, police brutality and killings of our black youth! He went 2 the white house with this 1! And he said what everybody wanted 2 but couldnt! And it needed 2 b said! I listen 2 this at least 4 times a week and its better evwrytime i bang it! The whole cd is wise refreshing and brutaly honest and str8 2 the point! If u stand 4 equal and human rites and feel 4 the youth of this country dying by the hands of racism and demons! Buy this cd! Its the best i heard this year! Dont sleep buy 3 u will wear 2 out!!!

Joey Badass has been a rising conscience rapper out of new york but even with his past work consistently pointing out issues and questioning problems in our society it isnt until this album that he opens up and flat out and fearlessly takes on the issues of injustices against black communities in america while still providing an album filled great instrumentals and rhymes that go way beyond pleasing any rap/hip hop fan. With this album Joey Badass not only puts himself on the main stage along with many mainstream rappers like J. Cole, Chance The Rapper, Kendrick Lamar but he also shows what he plans to do on that stage and I believe everyone should stand by and watch what this young artist has to offer.

This album has a much more laid back vibe from the first one which was more 90's style east coast boom bap this album reminds me of some west coast laid back vibes but with some deep messages politics, racism, and police brutality it's a really dope and great album from one of my favorite artists right now and I've been listening to hip-hop since the early 80's trust me if your into the golden era then all the old school hip-hop heads should definitely cop this and all the young cats will dig it to

I just finished listening to this entire album and I am so inspired by this young man's outlook and perspective on life. Rarely do with get a chance to hear so much passion as well as compassion from the youth. Joey shows us he has such a brilliant mind by delivering such a powerful piece with a powerful message of self empowerment. I truly am glad that I purchased this album during these times we are experiencing. This is a must have.

It's difficult for an artist to top their debut album but Joey Bada$$ managed to do it. All-Amerikkkan Bada$$ is a mature album that focuses on many of the problems facing America in 2017. The beats and lyrics are all excellent. There are only one or two songs that are below average. Great work!

I really enjoy Joey. I got hip to him from his first album, which was a great first album. Once I heard the promotional singles, I got really excited to see how his sophomore album would do. As of these first 24 hours, I am really impressed. In my opinion this is a album I could almost listen tofrom beginning to end. Good job man....happy I made this purchase.

I was worried going in. I'd heard he changed up his golden era style, which I love, on this one. You know, that's what he did. You know what else, It really works. This is an excellent album. It's more contemporary, but he didn't use that as excuse to dumb down his lyrics. In fact, he's more topical than he's ever been. He's really shaping one of the best.

Joey badmon has evolved as an artist so much compared to his first album and the mixtapes. This album speaks to the climate of these current times. Hopelessness but fearlessness. The things that keep this country alive. Especially for the case of us young black males. Beast Coast on the rise! R.I.P KING STEELO 4/7 shift

J.B. gets deeply political on this record and the tracks are often incendiary. He asks big questions and points fingers with great technique and insight. While he can go a bit broad at times, his rhyme schemes are taut and the beats brittle. He's moving away from his overly reverential style of his early work and really developing his own voice. Powerful.

This isnt really as political as the cover suggests but the quality of the album's lyrical content and production value is top notch. Joey kept features to a minimum and focused on quality and this feels like a solid cohesive package. I listened to it start to finish and am proud to support good music with the hope of more to come.

Joey Bada$$ also goes by the proper name Joseph Poorbutt. His last album B4DA$$ was real good and boom bappin, but this album is more serious and mature which is crazy since he is such a young dude. It's a great album and I cannot wait to see where he keeps on going from here!

This is Hip Hop in it's purest form. You know Joey studied the past greats and understands where the culture is going. Also it's political in a time where it's needed but doesn't beat you over the head with it. He walks a fine line and does it perfectly. Don't miss this album.

Stepping outside the social norms often makes for a unique approach at music. All-Amerikkkan Bada$$ the album will be a much needed piece in a collection of none mumble rap collection. Touching on society with strong political views this album came to me as a Sleeper amongst Giants. Great word play and flow.

Joey bad a** is blessed with a hip hop mind that is years ahead of his age. It reminds me of a young Nas. His album is a uniform piece of work with amazing production and a very strong message. Honestly one of my three favorite albums of the year.

this is a great album is you are into the more traditional MC. not trap, drill, or mumble rap. some politics mixed with life events lace this album. the production value is great and not to be missed if you are a hip-hop head.

Didn't pay must attention to Joey until I saw a video of his recently. This album should change hip hop heads perspective on his type of music and make you pay attention to the message he brings to the culture.

The best album out since J Cole! SOLID Music and sick lyrics and flow! Joey Badass just upped the Bar. I rate this production alongside J Cole and Kindred Lamar! Well put together album.. Must have!

This is a very well put project that will most likely be unrecognized by the norm and mainstream listeners. If you haven't heard his music, you're a sheep and are sleeping on great music. Stay woke.
