Installation was done perfectly and the crew was able to do job in time and leave in perfect condition. All communication with the customer centre was also done smoothly and perfectly. The reason I gave two stars is for the reason that the crew who did the installation was not very communicate and somewhat threatening when they had an issue with parking their van for entering my apartment complex. Rather than listening to the requirement of the building and following it, they simply threatened to leave and asked me to create new appointment when we can meet their demand of parking their van at a place which they find to be convenient. I have learned that the crew was outsourced hence not in control of Best Buy. I strongly suggest that they educate their outside vendors to follow proper customer service and communication etiquette and be able to handle matters professionally. Instead it was like dealing with elementary school students throwing tantrum when they didn’t get what they wanted. For this, I have no option but to give one star so they can grow up and be more like the competitors who knows how to listen to customers.

The technicians making the delivery and installation were great. They called to let us know they were on the way. The tasks of hauling away our old unit and installing the new unit were done efficiently. They made sure the new laundry center unit was working before they left and were knowledgeable to answer any questions we had.

Even with the electricity difficulties needed to use this item everything was finalized fits and runs well

I'm disappointed with the "repair" on our W/D unit after it stopped working one week after installation, Within 5 minutes of checking out the unit, the technician said it was an electrical issue -- but did not offer to simply check the breaker (right next to machine in closet) or suggest that WE check the breaker. I had to call an electrician just to flip the breaker! I cannot recommend this W/D tower until I can begin using it today...

Very timely and efficient. Just needed to make sure the protective sticker was off for the washer to work correctly.

I have that service that Best Buy install my appliances for minimal additional fee. It is great and inexpensive. Hiring an outside person to install is usually at least one hundred dollars or more. Love it when they deliver the product and install it for you. Make sure before leaving the store you bought all the necessary hoses and parts that are required to installed the appliances. It is recommended not to use existing old parts in the installation of new appliances. Just a thought

The first crew the that dropped this unit off say they couldn’t get it up my staircase. I had to wait a week until the other two guys showed up. The second crew showed up they were both very professional & got to work as a team. In no time my GE stackable unit was up the stairs & installed. I’ve had no issues everything works great & we’re able to do laundry Thank You guys me & my family appreciate you.

Fast, efficient installation. The delivery guys carefully moved my new stacked washer/dryer to my laundry room and set up all necessary parts for operation. They tested both washer and dryer and waited for my approval before I signed the completed delivery order. They were in and out in less than 30 minutes, very friendly the entire time.

All service members, from sales, installation, and customer service provided a professional service installation for my washer, dryer. They identified the shipper's damage and came back and completed the service when the new washer dryer came in. All individuals that provided me service were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Thank you all for doing a great job!

The installation was outstanding! The two person team safely lifted up the unit three flights of stairs. They placed it carefully on the drain pan as I had requested. They hooked it up quickly and correctly. I have had no issues whatsoever. They were very friendly, respectful, and professional. I am very happy with the installation.

There techs who came and installed my WashTower were very professional and courteous. They were able to install and make sure the appliance operated flawlessly. They also offered us a tutorial and advice on how to run our unit before departure and cleaned the area after working. We’re pleased with their service. So far so good.

HAD A BIT OF A COMMUNICATION ISSUE AS DELIVERY MAN REFUSED TO TAKE MY OLD WASHER/DRYER AND THIS WAS TO BE AN EXCHANGE. HE SAID I HAD TO PAY TO REMOVE BUT AFTER CLARIFIED THE OTHER DELIVERY MAN AGREED TO REMOVE.

Just came out to replace cracked control plate on my third stackable GE washer/dryer. There is a design flaw in this product that causes the two screws holding the plate to strip leading to large cracks over time in the control plate. I am in contact with GE to fix the problem.

The geek squad pair were both amazing and highly professional. Worked very hard to assure my appliance made it to its new place without damage, connected and then took time to explain functions of my washer and dryer. Five stars!!!
