    I purchased this product for a trip to the UK. I received another converter as a gift and could have returned this item, but its compact size won my vote. It worked well on my trip. It will go with my on any future international travels.

    Worked fine for our Greece vacation. Only issue is that we had to plug it in upside down a few times only because the prongs are collapsible and if you plug it in right side up it collapses and does not generate power. Not a major issue. Pretty pricey for a power adapter. Wish it would have included a USB port too.

    Although a tad bulky, it worked great when I went to Japan. It has additional plugs so will come in very handy in Europe next month as well!

    This combo converter/adaptor worked very well for me in Europe. The prongs were easy to pull out, the unit was lighter than the older models.

    I traveled to the U.K. And had no issues. This adapter was great to charge my phone, use with a hairdryer and my straightener. I highly recommend it. Has many settings to choose from depending on the country you are visiting.

    Used primarily to recharge cell phone, ipad or camera batteries. Would only charge for about an hour and then shut down. Moved it to another power outlet in the room and would not charge. Possibly a thermal problem as I would need to leave it unplugged for a couple hours and after that period of time, would work again.
