And it does NOT work on South African plugs. When I bought an extra adapter for my my adapter, it works well as an inverter. But it does not plug into the wall in South Africa.

Picked this up a week before my trip to China. Buying this helped me keep my laptop charged.

I've been to Europe 4 times since I bought this and has always worked. UK and EU with no problems.

The adapter works as advertised. However, it was accidentally dropped on a soft flooring surface and cracked. Construction is not as sturdy as it should be.

The adapter had all the various connectors but one of them would NOT come out. It was apparently defective. Additionally, we could not use it on our trip. The instructions on the adapter said, if using the 110/220 switch, use only for hair dryers, etc., but do NOT use for electronic devices. I only wanted to use the item to charge my computer and phone. It warned me not to switch to 110 or I would damage my devices. I therefore could not use it for the entire trip.

This Travel Converter worked perfectly in Ireland when attached to the adapter of the same size.

I bought this before traveling to Cuba; the hotel I stayed in had the same two-blade setup we use in the US. However, I did need to convert voltage levels for my devices, so I'd recommend it for any abroad travel, because you never really know what kind of power situation you'll run into.

I got this on a recommendation from a friend. She got the same one but the items were slightly different. I assume one was newer than the other. We went to Europe and visited several different countries. It took a little bit to figure out how it works, as the adapter works for several different voltages. Once we did, it worked perfectly. It says not to use for more than a short period, I believe like 2 hours or so. However, we used it much longer than that with no problems

I took it to Buenos Aires. I had things plugged into it for over a week, and no problems.

Little hard to figure how to use it. It work keep our phones and tablet charged but you need even larger converter for waterpik it fried it out.
