    The adapter/converter build quality is quite poor. The spring loaded mechanism are of very poor quality.

    I bought this for a trip to Italy. I got home, was trying out the different adapters and one of them broke! Fortunately I had time to take it back, Best Buy exchanged it without a problem, no issues with the replacement. That said, you can buy an adapter for Europe at the street vendors in the large cities (Florence, Rome) for only a few euro rather than this pricier version.

    I purchased the black model for a trip to China & Hong Kong (+ future international trips). No issues so far. I would absolutely recommend this to someone who travels for business. I've been keeping mine in my laptop bag.

    I took this from Paris, to North Ireland and London, I was able to charge my devices and only carry this one adopter. Best part is its one part so I didn't have to worry about remembering all the parts when packing.
