This product did everything I needed it to during a recent trip to South Korea. Sometimes it did have a little trouble staying in the wall, I guess it was a little too heavy, but it still charged all of my electronics and preformed as I needed it to.

This came in handy in Italy. Wife was able to run her hot iron and blow dryer because of the converter feature. It's a bit heavy, so if you just want to charge phones and iPads, you just need an adapter pug and not the converter feature in this unit.

Components Are hard to move in/out. Power conversion not effective. Burnt my device.

I'm sorry to report that after using this converter 2 times to charge my iPhone 7..the adapter started getting extremely hot and was not charging my phone. I then used another converter purchased in Italy and I was able to charge my phone with no problem, I will be returning the converter when I return in a few days.

It was good for one trip, felt like it was going to break the 2nd time using it.

I had trouble with it in Israel. All the fixtures were older than this could accommodate.

Worked well to keep our cameras, tablets, and phones charged in Europe. No problems.

I have traveled to several Caribbean islands, both US & British. St. Lucia was the first time we needed a very different plug. The converter is great as it has 3 options for several different countries. Definitely worth the money!

So far I like everything about the refrigerator except the ice maker is too small.

quite big and bulky...not very good for travelling since it takes a long long time before it actually charges anything. it burnt my hair straightener a minute after plugging it in....so yeah, not the best

If you have to use the sliding prongs (UK setting) and the outlet is tight the slide will break. I plugged it in with some resistance from the outlet the first time and it was ok.I managed to move it side to side to get it in.The second time it broke the slide completely and left me without a usable adapter. I had to buy a fixed base product that could withstand some pressure when you plugged in. Also the ground for the UK setting was plastic.. I recommend anyone looking to buy an adapter , skip this one and get a fixed solid base adapter that can stand some pressure when you plug it into an outlet.

I just bought this item a week ago to use while overseas. I plugged it in for the very first time last night and it made a loud noise and now is not working. Not worth the $40. Not even sure if I can return it by the time I return back to the USA because by the time I return it will be almost 3 months.

I read all the reviews for this product. My son is going to Australia and needed a good converter. When he opened the box, not one of the prongs opened up as they should of. They all got jammed up and then did not retract when they should of either. I now need to go on the search for something else:(

Great service in helping me select the right product before heading out to travel international. I'm confident it's the right one because of the help I received even though I am no using it until next month.

Needed to purchase for travel. Serves its purpose.

Bit clunky however it did great at every stop in our South America trip.

Has all the adapters one needs for world travel, all in one component.

traveled to London and Paris and got this one rather than the usual multiple piece one and of all of my trips this was the first time I had no issue with charging or plugging in anything with this adapter.
