I took this power converter to China in May and by the time I had gotten it out of the box, the prongs that slide out had gotten stuck. It took me getting a key to get it to slide out all the way. My brother bought one as well and his works fine.

This product design us too Clunky to fit in many wall receptacles that are recessed

I got this for my son, who is in the Army to use overseas on deployment. He plugged it in and it immediately burned out. He can't use it and I can't return it as his deployment is for 6 months. Very disappointing.

This travel adapter worked well, but we had difficulty plugging it in due to the prongs collapsing back into the adapter. We had another brand adapter with us in Italy that had fixed prongs and worked much better!

Great product. Compact size & reliable. Includes voltage converter which is not included in most travel power adapters. Great travel companion.

Plugged it into an outlet in my hotel room in England and blew the outlet breakers for not only my room but a couple others on the same floor. Used one my co-worker they had bought at Radio shack that worked great.

Bought this product to use when i went to London on an exchange program. Lasted about a week if that, and shorted out my wand. Really upset this happened, will not be buying this brand again.

Just took a trip to Ireland and this product worked great. It was nice to have an all-in-one solution to keep all our electronics charge.

the travel adapter is very useful, I used it for several hours at a time for charging multiple items and it was never high temperature.

My son needed an adapter for his trip to Italy. He ended up borrowing a friend's because he said it was so big and bulky. I returned it unused.

This item worked in France but not in Ireland, Wales, or England. The plug for the UK is out of date or something as the configuration was wrong. Probably okay for the European continent.

Got this converter for a vacation I was taking in Spain and France. Worked perfectly for primarily charging my iPhone.

This product was purchased for a trip to Europe. However, upon arrival in all 3 countries, the product did not work. Was forced to purchase an adapter/converter overseas

The converter worked great and I used it in both Hong Kong and China with no problems! Durable and reliable.

I purchased this to use in Lisbon. Unfortunately, the sockets in the hotel were recessed and the prongs were not long enough to keep the converter plugged in when in use.

It fits everything which is great but the converter function says that you should only use it for 20 minutes... which if I had known that, I wouldn't have bought it.

Not necessary for phones or PC's, but the best product for global travel with devices that REQUIRE 110V.

I bought these adapters for a trip to Australia and they worked just fine to power up all my equipment.

I used it in Paris, London and Rome and was able to charge my phone and use my computer. No problem.
