This adapter broke after a week. The plug would not pop up.

Kind of flimsy, but served its purpose. Buttons stuck.

Works great It proved to be very useful for the trip

The prongs fit into holes but could not go completely in the circle in the wall. It would not stay in outlet it pulled the prongs out. Item too heavy for small holes.

Used it in Phillipines. The plug necessary won't even come out of the unit. Converter was necessary, but took very long time to charge the phone. Will be returning.

It is very awkward and didn't work in most of the British outlets. Worked fine in the Continental countries (Belgium, Germany, and France)

You can't leave your item to charge for more then 10 minutes. The plug on your item gets very hot.

I purchased this item upon recommendation from one of your associates for my child for a trip to Europe. I bought this one because your employee said it was heavy duty and would be able to handle a hair dryer. My child was able to use it once before it fried and was unusable. I would have thought that what turned out to be the most expensive converter in the store it would have lasted for more then one day.

this combo adapter/voltage converter did not fit snugly into the electrical outlet in our cabin on our cruise ship.

Outstanding piece of gear. Served me well in both Europe and Middle East.

This unit is poorly made and failed in every way possible. I would strongly recommend against purchasing this item. The worst part was best buy would not accept the unit and I had to attempt to go through the company. I am very comfortable with electrical items and have never had problems with other convertors. This one was poor in every category.

This item caused a power outage in the house where we used it

Was sold this to take to South Africa. Was told it would work there. It didn't!

It was a very sloppy fit in French and Spanish wall sockets at 3 different locations. It would fall out far enough so that it wouldn't work. The prongs were too small for a snug fit. I also have Apple adapters and they were perfect so the european sockets can not be blamed. I am taking it back.

Not best converter. Kept overheating. Useful though as a charger

We purchased this for our trip to London I tried it out on my hair straightener it blew up and ruined my hair straightener. I would not recommend this item and would try to find something else that would be more compatible.

I found this product to be unfortunately of poor quality and use, switches sticking, and the unit falling out of the wall it's seemingly plugged into? It was worthless, I had to purchase a different product while traveling.

Despite mixed reviews I purchased this item for a trip to Cuba. The converter did not work and if not for a fellow traveler generously offering the use of their extra I would have missed pictures for about half the trip.

Didn't work very well had to buy others while we were leaving in Korea I would not recommend to anyone to buy When I returned I tried to return for a refund and all I got was store credit. Not happy at all
