I originally saw the movie on Netflix. Watching the 4K disc showed what I missed. The picture is top notch.Details are very sharp.The muted colors are still bright and night scenes and shadows have great black levels thanks to the High Dynamic Range. The Dolby Atmos is immersive and thunderous a gunfire and explosions move across the sound field including the high speakers. the low channel is extraordinary. Note: Atmos is only on the German language audio track.

This movie shows the emotions of the soldiers very well. At the beginning all the young men are all ready and pumped. As soon as poop hits the fan. You can see how these young men start to fall apart mentally. Some rise above it all but at what cost? Pain and suffering and death all around.

The Horrors of War

Encapsulates that sometimes there is no evil side. Just young men fighting not for their country but to see the end whether through victory or death.

Riveting!

This film is as good as any war movie I have ever seen. It gets better and better as it unfolds. The 4k transfer is a knockout. The audio is unbelievable. Folks you got to get this one.
