    The game is definitely a fun game, filled with jump out of your seat audio. Great story line, BUT...Game is filled with bugs and glitches. Im hoping for an update patch soon. They definitely have to correct these issues, as they are the worst ive ever come across playing video games. 5 stars if they correct the bugs, 2 stars for what they released.

    Excellent remake. Graphics and gameplay are phenomenal. Voice work was great.

    Glad i bought a physical copy, because i sold it on marketplace within a week. No replay value, barely any first play value. Not terrible for 8-10 hours, but simply not worth more than $20.

    Review is for Best Buy's service of the game, NOT the game itself. Game is 4/5 All editions of Alone in the Dark preorder get a bonus code for the original character skins. Best Buy did not provide this code. When asked about it, they said no code exists, we don't know what you're talking about. You need to call Sony. When I told them Sony didn't publish it, their response was "They'll know who did" Disgusting service. 27 year customer done

    Really fun game, great graphics and acting. I wish the game was a little bit longer, but you have to play through both characters' stories to get the full scoop, which helps.

    I was a huge fan of the original alone in the dark so when I heard about this remake I couldn’t wait to play it, sadly the game is fully of bugs to the point where you can’t even process past chapter 2.
