    Love the unit hate the shipping experience. that was a 2 1/2 star at best. Getting over that this unit is well worth it! I looked around for several months and was almost about to sell one of my kidneys for a BDI Unit when I came across this one that I had missed it because I kept looking for a 70" media unit. This one has the cutouts to run cables inside the unit, and the sliding back panels. I have an AVR, Center speaker, Xbox, 2 Power Management fan units, ROKU, HUB, and HDMI extender. keeps it all working and out of site. Oh, I also added a 1/4 glass top for $124 like the BDI

    This experience has been a disaster. I'm a Totaltech customer, which apparently means nothing. The console comes in a single box which is too heavy for delivery people to handle, so they just flip it end over end of your sidewalk to your house. It naturally arrives damaged. The installer comes to your house, declares it damaged, says they will come back in a month with a new unit and remove the damaged unit. The replacement unit is never ordered and the appointment gets postponed again. I can't tell you how frustrating this whole process has been. Buy elsewhere!! You've been warned.
